Georgia Teacher Named State Fish Art Educator of the Year

Kathleen Petka has been named Wildlife Forever's 2017 State-Fish Art Educator of the Year. During her thirteen years of teaching at Walton High School, Kathleen has built a superior visual arts program and her students have been recognized at the national level many times. Annually, she has her art students participate in contests , like State-Fish Art, that help teach her students the importance of conservation.
