Let me tell ya Greg. These Mexicans are damn prejiduce against anyone comming into there area. They say we are prejiduce against them. Ha! I laugh in there faces. Try getting work in a place dominated by Mexicans. They will run you out!

Did you ever really notice that at Home Depot you never see white construction guys looking for work? There are plenty of white or black for that matter construction guys willing to work for 10-15 per hour. Hell we give them damn Mexicans excuse me (Day Laborers) places for them to hang out looking for work.

We couldnt get anyone to work out on the floor for more than a few hours before they were gone. One guy who was or looked like a damn good break operator went to his first break and never came back.

When we remodeled our baths and the kitchen I told the contractor to not bring in any damn day laborers in. They better be legal or I will toss them out. I checked there ID to see and the two Mexicans that he had working had CDL's and SSN's.

I will say they did some damn good work!

I dont hire illegals and I wont let them work on my property!

I read most of this thread yall went from illegal to guns but I'm gonna stick with illegals :D And I am not gonna say just mexicans its ALL ILLEGALS !!!! I agree with Arizona and I hope every state follows. My 16 year old niece cant even get a summer job or night job becuase all the ilegals have the fast food jobs. I agree go after the employers they are the real problem.

I delivered Propane to all the farmers from Lodi to Modesto and I have had the argument with the farmers they tell me they need the cheap labor but yet the guy is driving a 60,000.00 truck living in a 1000,000.00 home and has all the toys! Yea save your drama you (the farmers) are just being greedy! I told the farmer one day I'll come out on Saturday and trim almond trees but I want $15.00 an hour, he laughed at me and said he would never pay close to that! Thats not alot of money an hour he is just being greedy!

Big corporations, same thing GREED they want big profit margins so they hire em. I say start hitting every place of employment in the USA and ship em all back home, then put americans back to work and where we are lacking then let the people come here but do it legally! Watch everything go in CHECK real quick no more unemployment, lower health cost, lower ins. premiums,etc....

and dont tell me everything will go up becuase companies have to pay higher wages becuase this is the way I feel about SO WHAT let it go up it will level off as of now it just keeps climbing becuase they just keep coming!

And another thing!
NO WELFARE AT ALL- I pay taxs as did my parents, grand parents, great grand parents and so on!

NO SSI- Again We built this system and my parents, grand parents, great grand parents have been paying into this to take care of us, not enough to go around SORRY tough luck start your own SSI program in yalls country!

If you want to come to this country you WORK and contribute to AMERICA ,dont bog her and us down!

If you thought OSHA harassing your job site was bad....
I'm not saying there isn't a problem, just that a solution that creates yet another Gestapo in America should be alarming to liberty minded people.

Think about the root of the problem when seeking a solution.
Labor behaves like any other good in the marketplace. If the legal supply of labor has been made artificially scarce by laws and govt/union deals then illegal labor WILL find its way in to fill the demand.

Sure you can assign a cop for every workplace and that will make a dent in the symptom, er I mean problem, but at what cost?
I mean that both fiscally and in terms of damages to liberty.

I know of a good (great) guy who worked in the U.S. illegally for 17 years, owns a house, pays taxes and has missed two chances at amnesty because he's afraid they won't give it to him. The dumbass has everything to lose and nothing to win by not applying those two times. His 3 kids are citizens and grew up their entire lives here. I can't figure out that reasoning.

He was nearly all packed and ready to go back a couple years ago until his wife begged and pleaded until he stayed. Possibly now with the new emphasis on deportation he will lose everything he worked for all these years.

The only requirement to be employed is to show two pieces of ID and one had to have a picture. It is not up to the employer to investigate to see if the ID is real only that they id is on the list of acceptable pieces of ID.

They paid taxes.

We knew damn well that some of them were illegal but we followed the hiring guidelines and they were higherable.
I guess you employer didnt have the illegals fill out an I-9 form?
http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-9.pdf
it is required by every employer to verify the eligibility of each worker, if they are not citizens then they are not supposed to work here. I would like to know how you know they paid taxes? Because they had them taken out of the check? What about when they claim exempt on their tax return and get it all back? I worked on a power house job about 10 years ago and Bechtel flew in about 150 Canadian welders and fitters to fill the job.....They worked here for over a year, claimed exempt, and paid no taxes but had free usage of all our public utilities, streets, parks...everything we pay for out of every paycheck, they got for free for over a year.

This is the problem, employers just look for a cheaper way to get the job done and it pisses me off big time. I am a plumber by trade and have not worked a plumbing job in over 3 years because wages are so low I cant even get an interview because of my asking wage(and I'm asking almost half what I was making 3 years ago). The first plumbing co. I worked for right out of H.S. told me he would have an all mexican crew in less than 10 years.....now look. And if you guys think union halls will protect you from the mexican invasion...wrong! About 2 1/2 years ago I was driving 1 1/2 hrs to work for a lower wage(had to travel to a different local), I find out one of my legal mexican workers cousin was just laid off(from job in my area)....He wanted to get a job with us and asked if it was ok if he had no papers!!! And this was a member of my local union! This is not only wrong it's illegal, not only by state/fed laws but also at the union level. After that I opened my eyes and see it for what it is....greed and votes, thats all this country is about. I hate illegals, I dont care what country they'r from, if your not american and your taking american jobs get the f*@k out! Illegals are 100% to blame for my trade going down the tiolet and it will never come back so I'm on to my new career and will never look back....It was good while it lasted though.

How about this news article I came across this a.m., what are people thinking. If I was the kids in question I would have let the school suspend me then sue for discrimination.

I dont know if they filed exempt or not.

You have the same problem we have for computer professionals. The middle easteners, and indians from India. They come here on visas and work for half what we worked for when I was in the networking profession. They come here with there so called degrees and take the jobs that americans once had. if comapnies can do it they also farm out the tech jobs over the internet to third world countries.

Its all about greed and profits!

Same with many trade jobs in the mid west.

Really pisses me off about the incident where the high school kids gots sent home from school for wearing the American Flag on the 5th of May. WTF? There to hear some kids of Mexican heritage say, "It was disrespectful because it's our day." GEES These kids were born in the U.S.... OUR DAY?

Yeah we give those damn breeders citizenship for there brats they download here and those same brats call it there day! There damn citizens of the USA.

Fine cinco de mayonnaise is your day than get the hell out of my damn country and go celebrate in yours!

This reminds me when the local govt tried to prevent the fire crews from showing the American Flag on there trucks after 9/11. it didn't go over to well.

Its time for the Americans to take back our country from the corrupt government officials, illegal aliens, and foreigners. It starts this November at the polls. Vote em all out of office and start fresh! We need to show the politicians we wont take there crap anymore.

The system is a joke. I-9 forms mean crap and every employer knows it. Every illegal has a SS# and a drivers license. They fill out the I-9 and that's that. The employer is off the hook. If the feds would enforce Everify and make it mandatory for all employers the problem would go way down. I bought my biz 8 years ago and the owner told me all employees were legal and showed me the I-9 forms. Five years later Luis comes in to ask me to change his name and SS# on payroll. I said WTF and found out he was an illegal so I let him go. He was a good worker and nice person but no way. A year later I get a notice from the feds that Juan was using the SS# from an 8 year old girl! Everify will weed out most fake SS numbers and that is why the corporate lobby fights it and greases the right palms. Believe me they pay absolute minimum in taxes and ship most of their pay to Mexico so I doubt whatever they save in cost of product will offset the $1.5 billion a year in social costs to California.

But Greg that is Fox News and Hannity – you don’t believe them. The question you need to ask, is why CCN and MSNBC are not showing this?

Because you don't watch them? I heard about it all night tonight on liberal KGO radio. We don't live in a cave Marty.

The drug gangs are advanced paramilitary organizations. Way to go war on drugs. Concentrate all of the money from drug demand into a few, violent hands. The human smuggling trade helps with the finances too.

Now we get to live with an increasing police state here in America as our cops militarize up to keep pace. Good job guys.
