What a huge week – the 40th US Open wrapped up at Lake Mojave & Arizona’s JOSH BERTRAND topped the field where he had the tournament leader from wire to wire. We’re chasing JOSH down – he told us he’ll be around – so we look forward to hearing how he won one of the biggest titles in bass fishing & one he’s chased his entire career.
Finishing up in 10th & taking home WON Bass Angler of the Year title was TODD KLINE. He joins us live to talk about his year & what winning meant to him. We’ll also talk about his other life in the surfing world & how it crosses over to bass fishing.
Fresh from his 2nd place finish on the Bassmaster Southern Open & qualifying for the Bassmaster Elite Series, we get BRYANT SMITH live in studio. He’s used to waking up for baby Smith duty or an early blast-off so he’ll be on top of his game. Bryant talks about the road to qualifying for the Elites & fulfilling his dream.
Tournament Directors will all be in a room together on Friday for the Annual Fish & Wildlife permit jamboree…we’ll have the outlook for 2023 season & any info we can let you in on.
