I love mine, it is not any louder than any other trolling motor I've had and my MK batteries are 9 years old. Best batteries I've ever had. The batteries that came new in my boat in 2003 lasted one year.

He did a great job and I was qouted as much as three times what they did the work for and he had my boat for one day and were able to get on it right away. Other shops were 2-3 weeks out and said they needed my boat...

I just purcahsed the under armour 3.0 which is for extreme cold and little movement. Pricey but worth every penny. This stuff is unbelievable.

For those who do leave a compartment open for Co-Anglers I found it best to leave the compartment behind the drivers seat open. Most compartment covers have handles which can catch a Co-Anglers rod and when he /she goes to close the cover SNAP.
