sounds like alot of whining to me. Why not just accept what the decision is and get on with your life.

Some of us aren't as "edjukated" as others, if the lack of water and launching facilities aren't the problem, why don't you tell us what you think the issue is?

flw did what was best for the fishermen, oroville only has one ramp at this time. If you don't like the decision they made then don't fish them. Stop the wining.
