I've got a product called "The Solution" that might work for you. It's a waterless cleaner for RVs, Boats and Autos. I have used it on my trailer and truck, but haven't tried it on my boat as yet.

For the extra distance between Markley Cove and Capel Cove it might be better to spend the extra $$$ and launch at Pleasure Cove. There isn't that much parking at Capel Cove and between the two clubs it will get pretty full. Maybe change the tournament date to Sunday rather than Saturday.
