If a pro does not sign up with an am or his am does not show up for the tournament they lose their guaranteed status of fishing with an am. I believe the person to whom which you are referring did not sign up with an am.

The US Open in July again........It's too damn hot and I'm a big wuss anymore to fish it then. Mid September was so nice.....Rest of the schedule looks inviting. This was the show that showed alot of stuff blowing up including the Pepcon blast in Henderson, NV a 10+ years back. They showed many instances of ignition of the fumes due to the static but then the person would pull the nozzle out and HELLO flames everywhere. Very interesting stuff.

No I have not stayed at any. They are dated though. The campground near Hemmingway is pretty nice with trees and all. A friend stayed there for a month or so awhile back and I thought it was pretty nice.

Call Calville Bay. They have a few full hook-ups in their trailer park. Also Temple Bar has the same accommodations (I believe). There is also a campground (full hook-ups) nearby the Las Vegas Bay Marina

I am still using the original one (five or six years ago) that has the easy to replace 9 volt battery and it still works as good as the day I bought it. It always weighs about a 1/4 less than the weight of the bass.
