We kick off our 18th year of the Ultimate Bass Radio Show this Saturday and all of shows 888 to be exact couldn't be possible if the best bass anglers in the world weren't willing to let us into their world for their biggest victories and sometimes their most painful losses. To the hundreds of guests over the years thank you, to the sponsors and to Sep and Marilyn it couldn't be possible without you all.

The first guest of our first show was MLF pro Skeet Reese and we have tracked him down this week to once again be the first guest as we kick off our 18th year. It wouldn't be a milestone show for us without including Skeet.

We are also going to be joined live by Kevin VanDam to help us with our anniversary show and he has all the info of the Bass Fishing Hall of Fame kicking off their annual online auction this week and we are excited to tell you about a few of the items that you can bid on prior to their annual induction dinner. A trip with Bill Dance maybe?

The Wild West Bass Trail Team Championship has a large field on Lake Shasta this weekend all trying to take home the fully rigged boat and early reports are lots of fish but quality is tough to find but that is the just the word during pre fish it always changes come game day. We go live with Cody Meyer as he has fished enough events this year to qualify and is looking forward to getting back on one of his favorite spotted bass lakes.

Alan Gray from MLF joins us to talk about the proposed Toyota Series Western Division schedule that was recently released and we hear his thoughts on the lakes and dates on the calendar for the West.
