Delta Report….Stripers are starting to show in better numbers. This Weekend- Dan’s Delta Outdoors Team event Out of Oakley’s Big Break Marina, Check-In 430 AM – 530AM. The Six Hour Event will conclude with Weigh-in at 1230pm.

Proposal to Eradicate California’s Bass Population Withdrawn
The American Sportfishing Association (ASA), along with a coalition of leaders in the recreational fishing and boating community, are pleased to announce thatstriped and black (largemouth and smallmouth) bass, important sportfish species in California, won’t be targeted for eradication as invasive species in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta and its tributaries.
