FLW ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH GENERAL TIRE
FLW, the world's largest tournament-fishing organization, announced today a sponsorship agreement with Continental AG to showcase the General Tire brand. Per terms of the agreement, General Tire is now the exclusive tire of FLW. 2016 will mark the first season the two organizations have partnered. Full terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Double G Wins FLW Series Opener at Shasta
Greg Gutierrez of Red Bluff, California, weighed a five-bass limit totaling 13 pounds, 5 ounces Saturday to win the Costa FLW Series Western Division opener on Lake Shasta presented by Minn Kota with a three-day total of 15 bass weighing 40 pounds, 7 ounces. For his win, Gutierrez earned $36,376.

CLEWISTON, Fla. – Anchored by an 8-pound, 10-ounce kicker, pro Bradley Hallman of Norman, Oklahoma, brought four bass to the scale Saturday totaling 14 pounds, 3 ounces to extend his lead to more than 13½ pounds heading in to the final day of competition at the Walmart FLW Tour at Lake Okeechobee presented by Ranger Boats. Hallman’s four-day total of 64 pounds, 10 ounces make him the No. 1 seed on championship Sunday as the field is now cut to 10 in the four-day competition that features 169 of the top bass-fishing anglers in the world competing for a top cash award of up to $125,000.
