Rayovac FLW Series Northern Division Event Set For Lake Champlain
The Rayovac FLW Series is headed to Lake Champlain July 30- Aug. 1 for a tournament presented by Plano when as many as 300 pros and co-anglers will take to the water for the second stop of 2015 in the Northern Division.

Cabela's Collegiate Bass Fishing Series Announces Lake Dardanelle Stop in 2016
SAN ANTONIO, Texas – The Cabela's Collegiate Bass Fishing Series is pleased to announce Lake Dardanelle as the second stop of the 2016 collegiate bass fishing. The event will be held on March 24-26 and will be hosted by Russellville Tourism and Visitor Center in Russellville, Arkansas. "Russellville, Arkansas and Lake Dardanelle are very excited to host this event for the very first time," said Christie Graham, Executive Director of Tourism.

Kevin Miranda of Sac just caught the NEW LAKE RECORD BASS! 18.17 lbs 31" long, 24" girth! Caught out by Little Hat Island on crank bait. It is reported that Miranda caught it on a River2Sea V-joint minnow crankbait.

Extreme Caution Suggested for Lake Users On High Water Levels
The Army Corps of Engineers is urging all visitors to Bull Shoals and Norfork lakes to exercise extreme caution while water levels are high. Campers, swimmers, and boaters visiting park areas should use extreme caution and be aware that certain recreation areas may be closed to the public for their protection. Boaters should be aware that with the higher water conditions objects normally out of the water are now submerged and difficult to see.

Lake Fish Stocking to Continue
Efforts to re-establish a viable fishery in Lake Altus-Lugert will continue after recent sampling efforts that show the lake has not recovered from two deadly golden algae blooms. "We are doing everything we can, because it is our highest priority," said Larry Cofer, southwest region fisheries supervisor for the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation.
