During the days of the "twin tunnels", they were both going to plow down the middle of Woodward. Would not be a stretch to figure it was built there for future access. Single tunnel scheme, don't know if it follows the same path. Mike, do you know who paid for it? Website says it was fund...

I believe this new generation fisherman just have to practice better fish care. I agree. It is a matter of angler education. Years ago I worked for Mike Iljin's AC Castaic tournament trail, and we preached fish care. I also had a copy of the picture of how to mouth fizz a bass that I showed people,...

Does anyone know who built the bridge from Upper Jones to Woodword, and why? It seems like it is an expensive bridge to nowhere right now.
Sad joke

Thank you for your questions on WB. Enjoy. Ken, Is the schedule of the "non-mainstream" lakes posted somewhere? Not yet, the field doesn’t even know yet. The venues could be off limits to the field from the time it’s announced. TBD That would certainly provide a more level playing field.

Jigs with a 60 or 30 degree hook moves the hook eye forward to the nose putting more lead between the head and hook point to accommodate weed guards . Millions of people get 20% of the water, and agriculture gets 80%. Since agriculture is only 2% of the state's GDP, cutting back on water for agriculture will only do minor damage to the state's economy, while giving back enough water to save the Delta. It really looks like the mounting attachment is much too small for the length of the unit. That long a transducer has a lot of leverage against it. Seems like they could supply a triangular bracket and some silicone, to reinforce the unit once it's installed and adjusted.
