I ordered a couple of the new Hula Shad Spinnerbaits from LBF. I was impressed by how fast they shipped out. They also had a great selection of R2S products. SCaldwell

OK, we are no longer staying at the Chalet. We have moved to the Mallard house. It looks like a good place to stay.

The Chalet will allow a pet. But I was wondering if there might be somewhere a little better thet would allow pets. Its just a small dog.

Thanks, We will be there on the 30th of March. We have a green and white Ranger R93 from Idaho. Just look for the potato heads. Ha Ha!!!!!

We are planning a trip to Clear Lake the first part of April. Last year we went around the 15th and the fishing was pretty slow. Are we coming to early?????? Thanks

We will be taking our boat, and I dont know if we will be able to use a guide or not, maybe one of us could go. Money is kind of an issue, but on the other hand it would stink to spend all that money to go and not catch many fish either.

Thanks everyone for the advise. I will need all I can get. Is the weather improving over there any? We finally had a good day today, the sun was out, no wind or rain, but the fishing wasnt so hot. Oh well can't complain, I was on the water.

Bill, Thank-you, We do have reservations at Konocti vista. Looks like we chose the right spot to stay? Hopefully the rain will let up a little so we can enjoy some fishing!!!! P.S Susanville is a great place to live. We used live between Weaverville and Eureka on Highway 299 a long time ago.

Thanks for the info. Any suggestions on travel, we will be traveling from Idaho through Reno, would it be better to stay on I-80 or cut off on highway 20 ?

Any advise on Clear Lake
We will be coming to Clear Lake on 04-14-2006 from Idaho. Any advise on where and what to fish. We only have 3-4 days to fish, any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks S Caldwell
