Got a spool of the 4lb test from J. Wick at the last DVL WON BASS event, and tried it yesterday at DVL. I only used it to drop shot, using a 4.5lb floro top shot. Great job on running a smooth derby john and willie,shane,art. we had a great time. fishing was wide open what a great fishery dvl is. hopefully more people will notice the payouts and start showing up. 11 boats and winner takes $1850. imagine if there was 50 paid entries.

If an org wishes to switch a night permit to a daytime permit they can do so provided they do so 30 days in advance of the scheduled event. It will be open to 6 hrs later or a 6 hour block til' about 2 hrs before close to allow for weigh-in, fish care/release and the boaters to exit when they would...

Not going to happen. realy kwin dfg will give permits for derbys every weekend both days during the winter/spring but no to a 6 hour derby during the summer time UNBELIVEABLE you guys must have no BRAIN by the way kwin not very many of the trout you stocked at diamond were alive what happened there...

GREAT idea the summer fishing is a blast ther would be multiple 30lb sacks weighed in the summer its just about to go crazy out there and all the derbys are winding down. I agree fishing at night is fun but the fishing is waaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyy better in the daytime/evening maybe some 12 oclock blast...

AIM MARINE had a similar tournament series in sd a couple years back with husband/wife,father/son/daughter teams and it was a blast good turn out and they had the biggest names in ca, mike long, john kerr and nobody complained about fishing against them they have won more money in team tournament hi...
