I agree with catch and release to a point that when i caught my 8.06lb smallmouth which at the time was the 3rd largest in California i RELEASED it however i also believe it is upto the angler to do how he or she chooses with the fish they catch. Look at it this way... License $43.10 gas $40.00 bait...
