I would guess between 12 and 14#s. My best is 13.9 and your fish looks to be in that range from what I can guess from the pics.

Was up there the other day and like Bill said dirt launch and no dock so have a long rope handy. I launched with 2 wheel drive the ramp was in pretty good shape. I think you could do it without too much trouble though.

I launched my 14 foot flatbottom last night without 4 wheel drive. The ramp is fairly steep and I slipped the tires a little but not much problem. May be a little tougher with a bigger boat? Caught a pretty good one there Monday on the Tru Tungsten Trout. I adjusted it to a slow fall and caught a 7.2 off a rockpile.
