BBT Coastal Region Naci - 3/12/16
Third stop of he season for the Coastal Region is again at Lake Nacimiento this Saturday, March 12th out of the main launch ramp. The spotted bass up to 2 1/2 lbs have been the normal for the last couple of weeks. Drop shotting and slow working a football jig have been the biggest producing baits lately. So try using the Berkley Bottom Hopper or the PowerBait Pro Twitch tail minnow on your drop shot and some type of trailer on your jig like the Havoc Deuce or the PowerBait Double Tail grub. Let's get on those Fish. #Berkley

California Open Clear Lake Itinerary
Official practice for the event is Monday March 21st and Tuesday March 22nd until Noon. All boats must be off the water by noon on Tuesday March 22nd. Anyone wanting to fish the Chamber tournament the weekend prior will not be violating any official practice rules. Anglers MAY fish that event with anyone they choose regardless if they are registered for our event or not. Once official practice starts on Monday March 21st, you may only practice with someone registered for the event and follow all tournament rules during that time.

Washington Suspends Harvest Limits on Bass, Walleye and Channel Cats on Columbia River and Tributaries
Starting March 3, anglers can fish for bass, walleye and channel catfish without daily catch or size limits from the mouth of the Columbia River 545 miles upstream to Chief Joseph Dam. An emergency rule approved by the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) removes the remaining limits for those species on the Columbia River downstream from the Washington/Oregon state line, 17 miles above McNary Dam.

BBT Northern Region Opener 3/12 Lake Berryessa
heck -in will begin early Saturday morning at 4:00 AM at the BBT Trailer. If you have already checked in on Friday afternoon, you do not need to check in again as you will have your boat number to show the BBT men wearing chartreuse vests and have all your boat compartments open and ready for inspection then you can launch. If you are boating over from another launch site and you have already checked in on Friday afternoon, have your boat compartments open at the dock to have your boat checked there. If you have not checked in, you will have to sign up and get your boat number. ( It is an easy walk up the ramp to the BBT trailer for Check in ) then open your boat compartments for the inspection.
