New Manager Named for Rocklin, CA Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World
Dan Dugger will lead team of 200-plus at the Bass Pro Shops retail store that will open later this year. ROCKLIN, Calif. — Dan Dugger has been named store manager for the new Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World store, which opens late summer in Rocklin, California. Dugger, who has nearly 30 years retail experience, will lead a staff of 200-250 associates at the 100,000-square-foot Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World store. Located at 5472 Crossings Drive in Rocklin, Dugger believes the area is a perfect place for a Bass Pro Shops store.

The highlight of EFTTEX – the Angling International-sponsored Best New Product Awards – were dominated by the industry’s major manufacturers. Global leader, Pure Fishing, led the way by taking four awards, followed by two each for Daiwa and Rapala VMC Corporation. Svendsen Sport A/S, a winner of six prizes last year, also made it to the podium to pick up the Best Accessory Award.
