Why bother getting the cf numbers anway? Gator gave the name of the guy in the first post. Everyone knows who the possible violator is and will be watching out for him. I've been told by sources that DFG monitor this site also.

Oroville is approaching dried up. The lowest it got last winter was 696.3'. It's already below that.
I launched at Bidwell the lowest day of the year last winter and the conditions were bad to say the least.

Re: Water pressure questions on 175 opti max
The reason for my questions arose from my last Trip. I picked up lots of weeds and I think I sucked some into the motor.
On the lake any time I went above 3000 RPM's the warning horn came on. It appeared like I had low water pressure also.

1. What should the water pressure be at idle using a hose with attachment? I have a nice pee stream as well as water coming out through the prop. 2. How many rods is enough
Since I'm now land bound, pissed off, waiting for my appointment date, emptying out the boat, and bored. I had a chance to count the number of rods I carry.
Question, how many is too many?
How many set ups do most of you carry?

Pre fishing for the Nutcase, I sucked some weeds into my motor. Water pressure dropped, long story short, I'm home waiting to get the problem fixed. Is this normal? IMO, the stickers should only be valid for a week or so. In that case someone could take the test, become a certified inspector and open an inspection station at several of the ramps.
