For those baits 30lb braid with 10-15 feet of mono or Flo. Leader, if you will, size depends on what is around and depth. Deeper smaller, wood around heavier. But with a jerkbait not to heavy as to not kill the action. Seems to work for me.

Lots of fish no big ones. Plenty of 12-20 inch stripers with lots of 1-2lb largemouth Biggest striper a lonely 15lb hit a glidebait 8 feet from the boat. Good times. Wow water is really clear and the sky is not.

So am I to assume these MLf tournaments are going to be like the TV show. A guy finds a school or uses a drop shot to get 25 1lbers beats a guy who catches 5 4.5lbers. With no weight in? Acc on the front is an accessory switch from the factory it's left "open" doesn't do anything, unless you choose to use it. Lights may be burnt out or fuse burnt Make sure your getting power to them. Then again open and hit the acc switch. Wouldn't that be funny

I echo both posts Dave is awsome! Worth the extra drive, always one to point you in the right direction. Lake is fishing really well. Just got back from a 2 day trip. Took a couple of guys, 1 a totally new to bass fishing. Had huge days. Drop shot, shaky head for pure numbers of healthy fish to 3lbs...

Never had a problem at that place in 10 years of fishing during the week. Always felt safe. Ramp not to steep. Maintance people of the Marina are always driving around the parking cleaning things and putting envelopes on your windshield if you forgot to pay the launch fee in the morning. Haha.
