I have a 3 bank Cullemrite charger on my Basscat. It works great even for AGM batteries. Its going strong after 7 years. Came as original equipment on Basscats. Charges up my batteries in about 4-5 hours.

I have a 2007 Tundra and there is a factory CAT bak system that is available (I think they have some of the TRD SR5 models that have them). It provides the sound you are looking for but is not suppose to be so loud as to be annoying. Its TRD product so warranty would not be affected.

Sicily's is the place to go. Excellent food and good steaks too! We recently had a club event at Clear Lake and we all ate at Sicily's and it was the best meal we had the three days we were up there. If you haven't tried it, its worth a stop to try it your self.
