Fishing Report Oroville Lake This Week | August 8
Got launched at 5:30 am at Lime Saddle, stopped fishing at 10 am as it began to warm up. Decent day, caught 23, surprise, caught a large mouth, so excited, forgot to measure it, looks to be about 13 1/2" or so.

Spokane Bass Club Newman Lake Night Tournament
Our annual night event was again held on Newman Lake. The tournament hours were 7pm to 7am, making it a marathon event and allowing anglers to fish the evening, night and morning bite.

AUGUST 5 AND 6TH, The Original Frog Tourney Returns The CA Delta Snag Proof Open, Russo’s Marina. This is a favorite for Dirty D anglers! Seems like yesterday when we put 300 boats plus out for this event, Let’s hope it gets to those numbers!

A few anglers are still scoring schoolie sized stripers in the Indian Creek side. Crankbaits are scoring bass on the main runway rock walls. Bass pushing the 4 to 6 mark are showing on occasion Vicious Frogs and R2Sea BullyWa II are top Frogs the nod here.
