The slot limit is 12-15 inches. You cannot keep any fish between those sizes. Your limit can include any combination of fish over 15 inches or under 12 inches.

Tournaments with a permit are given a per-event waiver, allowing their anglers to bring in fish in the slot.

I agree that having no dock makes it less than ideal........But not impossible. Angler's Choice recently had a tourney with over 40 boats......so it can be done.
