Wet sand / 3m imperial compound / high speed buff / 3m scotch gaurd wax
It will amaze you I promise! My boat was yellow as all hell and it did the trick

I use hot sauce or pink stuff spray at the ramp

I was out Saturday and Sunday last weekend, should be easy to limit up. Breaking the the 7lb mark will take some skill or luck though lol. This cold front will probably change the bite. Good luck guys, be safe out there.

sorry, i dont make these. I custom order specific heads for different uses. These are ment for small grubs, like the keitec spider or cabin creek small spider parts. I bought too many so id figure id sell or trade a few. I know alot of guys fish the keitech at least, these are a great head for them ...

Looking for 50 or more 3/8 or 1/2oz short shank 2/0 or 3/0 no pro style, round bend is fine. Eye angle is not a big deal, would prefer 90 degree, but just tell me what you've got, painted/ non painted doesn't matter.

experimenting is fun. you gotta have the balls to try different stuff otherwise your just following trends of other guys that do...

maybe try some small brown 3inch swimbaits on a very short dropshot rig :idea: never fished dvl but it works on mead for offshore smallies.

I was pretty mad when i saw that. Especially on that spot in particular, i had been waiting for it to load up and was just checking on it. Then to watch a fish of that caliber get pulled off and killed right before my eyes.... its like watching some one kick my dog. :x

man, i thought there was going to be some sort of clever ending to this...

I just use a scent like bang or gulp to mask whatever finger funk i may have, and i hardly do that. Think about it.... a live shad or craw fish doesnt really smell fishy... somewhat aquatic but not rotten clam.

It is much easier for me to go through the side. I think the most important thing is to fizz them right away, not wait till they are belly up in the live well 5 min later. I like living rubber fine flat for flippn jigs because it flares on the fall better.
I actually like silicone on the smaller footballs because it lays flatter allowing you to trim even with the hook. Id love to find a source for that SR-40 material keitec uses... think its a pvc base.

no argument here, you are the reel guru . I switched to am drags for my older reels for that very reason.... you ask guys that use the older scorpions and 100 curados and #1 issue is the "lightswitch" like drag. what would be your solution to this if am drags are garbage?

just tie your own... super easy. The quality of layering you can do with a hand tie will always be better then those silly rubberbands.

I get a lot less drag slip on hooksets with the carbontex. just dont over grease them. I added some to my 300dsv but havent used it yet. the stock drag washers in the 300d seem to be much better material then in the 200e. But this is just my opinion, others say oem is the best... for 8 bucks a pop c...
