I would not worry too much. Just drain your motor and lower unit to make certain the ice expansion does not damage any seals or sensitive parts if you are worried. If you did nothing at all I think you would still be OK. The biggest issue I have had is when you deck and carpet gets wet, it can freez...

FOUND SPINNING COMBO AT CASTAIC
Are you missing a nice spinning rod combo? Did you lose it this morning? I found it in the middle of the road on Ridge Rt on my way to work. Check online stores- there are kits that include a decent receiver, covers, and speakers for $100. You will need probably $20 worth of wire, fuses, connectors, and a switch in series. make sure you install a switch on the power line between the battery and radio- there may be a small amount of draw ...

Ahhh... a 17' tracker... that was my 1st boat. If you dont already have one, get a Drift Sock and setup on a nice drift to deal with those super windy days. It can make the fish eat, dont fear the wind. Also, consider a 24 or 36 vdc trolling motor- head in to the wind to better control it. You would...

1) remove your batteries 2) add stabilizer to your gas 3) drain all h20 4) build a tent / frame / etc to keep snow off it. I would use an upside down trash can, with rope to make the frame, and cover it with a tarp. The snow, slush, and other nasty stuff will accumulate, and then freeze & thaw c...

is your mounting surface on a face where you risk drilling through your hull to the outside? (which is why you would need epoxy to fill old holes?) marine silicone seals great, and is not permanent. you can get away with that in the old holes. epoxy is nasty stuff and permanent. You may be able to g...
