Bass do have a preferred water temp like ash said and they are affected by barometric pressure.

The older Nitros are bullet proof. My first boat was a 94 Nitro DC2000, no issues, solid hull. The new ones are cheaply made and very unfinished. I had a 2011 Nitro and had fiberglass and console issues Any boat that’s over 20 years old will have electrical issues. I’d buy this boat if I was new to ...

Sounds pretty normal for a 21 year old boat. As long as the engine compression and power tilt works, you’ll be ok.

Why are you asking random questions for no reason  I’m not trying to be rude but every one of your posts is an off the wall random or obvious question.... of course people cheat in tournaments, especially on the Delta, doesn’t mean they’re going to win.

I use Dobyns 805 flippin sticks for jigs but I fish the Delta a lot. You should use a 733SF spinning rod for open water, finesse jigs. Go with 764C for all around jig fishing with 3/8-3/4 oz jigs.

Check your engine height with the new lower and goods. Is it up too high? Then, check to see where your transducer is in comparison to the water intake, it may be throwing dirty water (air) into your water intake due to the ending height.

What's the reason you guys use any leaders for braid? Easy to cast, no birds nests, and tough so you have very little chance of breaking off a fish. You can also see your line, when it’s cold in the fall and winter, long pauses when fishing jerkbaits is sometimes key. They hit it on the pause so if...

To me drop shot is a vertical soft plastic finesse worm presentation for numbers of bass under 3 lbs. Nice fish, congrats! Del Valle has giants in it, it’s just impossible to launch there for most due to the rigorous dry boat inspection. Trout Huds this time of year, slow roll on the bottom. Points and the damn, also, wood always holds fish in that lake. Dragging a jig on the rocky bottom as well.
