If everyone is signed up, in the water, ready to go......we'll go sooner. But we have guys launching at other locations and boating over. Trying to give everyone time to travel safe.
If the fishermen are ready, we'll be ready!!!!

I'm not positive on 250 but I just priced a 150 and 150 HO and it was $400. Shoot me your phone number. My email GaryD@Dobynsrods.com
I have a 250 HO that needs a home. I'm tied up for couple of hours then I can call you.

Basshol I wouldn't even mind donating some to you either. Many fishermen would not care in the least that I fish but there's about 20-30 that think it's a conflict of interest. I'd much rather fish for sure!!!! Maybe one day.

Guys, last year we had some teams qualify with only 2 events. The feedback we received on our questionnaire last year was anglers didn't like this. They wanted guys to have to fish at least 3 events. So the rules were changed so you must fish 3 events and be in the top 50 in points OR fish 4 out of ...

They will all work but #297 and #325 are very popular in the Delta. I like the 6" as my go to size but I also throw the 7" a lot too.
Re: A rig rod
I see you live in Vacaville. Guns, Fishing & More has them. You're not all that far from Yuba City and our shop either. The SB models have EVA handles all others have cork. There's lots of difference in EVA and we use good stuff. I do agree with you, I'm a cork guy as well.
Re: A rig rod
We have lots of models that throw an A-Rig great. The 794 SB might be best yet. Also, for light rigs 806 CB is what I've used for last several years. 795 SB is probably the most favorite. Lots of options. THX!!!

You'll get many answers here. All are good engines. I have ran Evinrude for last 12-13 years with great luck. The new G2 is best engine I've ever ran. It's quiet, efficient, and powerful. I'd recommend Lucas Oil. They make everything you need. If it has Lucas name on it you are getting superior oil. They do nothing cheap. Plus they put money back into fishing industry. Can't beat Lucas Oil products.

Re: Glide Bait Rod for "Medium" ~7" glides?
Dobyns makes two shorter handle SB rods for Glide Baits. The traditional 13"-15" handles get in the way. We make a pair of 7'9" we call SBMT- (Swim Bait Mag Topwater) The rod you really need is Champ 795 SBMT. It was made for this.

Dobyns is really strong in SB rods. We make powers from 4 to 9 and lengths from 7'9 to 9'. The two most popular are the 795 SB and the 806 SB. These two let you cover a ton of baits. The new 794 SB is perfect for smaller swimbaits and if you want to take the work out of a 10 XD crankbait, this rod i...
