Yesterday, we provided the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) notice of our intent to file suit within 60 days for violations of the Endangered Species Act (ESA) resulting from its unpermitted operation of a new summer steelhead hatchery program in the Skykomish River.
