Report: went out on jones valley with dad and almost hit a tree.Be very careul trees are just barly under the surace. Well started out with a taxas rig with a geen lizerd with a beed.Cought one small keeper but went to try something eles.So i tryd my lw white with gold and siver colerado bladed spiner bait.I tryd slow rollin and every retreve imanginible and nothing. Then saw dad catching ish on a yomato jig or what ever and tryd that.Wow i like this jig it catches ish.I was using it with a one ounce ootball head.Found most ish prity deep but some smaller ones were hanging at the surace in the morning.Ended up with about 5 or six ish all small exept one 2 to 2 in a hal pounder on the jig.
City: reddingTips: Find you sel a yomato jig it is the best working thin i know on this lake. The coler dosnt seme to matter but i like dark brown or watermelon with a 1 ounce ootball jig head.I was using 14 pound test stren sensor with a 6 oot 6 meidium dance class rod with a baitcasting reel.

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)
Report: Fished Saturday, it was very windy and slow. My boat is only 12t but guys with 21 t boats were coming in at the same time as me, could not drop shot in that kind o wind and there is no hard bait bite going. OK here even more bad news, my truck got broke into and $800.00 worth o ishing and camping gear stole plus they cut my gas line to my tank and drained my tank, I ran out o gas at the launch ramp. My brother was parked next to me and they put a rock the size o a basketball threw his window and stole $700.00 worth o CD's, ishing and camping gear, they tried to get his gas but could not. this was at Jones Valley public launch ramp. A local named David and his 12 year old son in a 20 t Ranger came to our rescue he said that there has been alot o break in's at Jones Valley and some much worse things also, the Sherri veriied everything he said including the much worse things. Why they did not post the act that there has been a lot o thet going on I don't know. Can someone local there please post signs telling people not to leave valuables in there cars because that is what they are doing, they walk by and i they see something they break in.
City: San JoseTips: Don't leave things in plain site in your truck or car, don't launch at Jones Valley Launch ramp. Also, it took the Sherri 1 1/2 hrs to arrive and she was not happy she had to drive all the way to Jones Valley and I think the people that are doing the breaks in's know it.

Report: Kansas, the fishing is good in the spring. You can find largemouth on shallow flats with vegetation, dartheading with finesse wors or Carolina rig with brushhogs or salamanders, north end in dry, cherry and yorty creeks. For smallies rip a spinnerbait with some sort of red on shallow flats in the south forks. Tubes on jigheads and splitshot work well also.If u go have a great time, dont forget dropshot, smokes the smaller bass.

We were using liverwith catfood and clams it seems that that is working grate at this time of year. we aught at least 15 fish in three hours our biggest weight for one was 18 pounds 6 ounces our smallest one was 2 pounds 4 ounces they put up a good fight. Bass weren't bitting much but was still able to catch a 4 pounder 3 ounce from the trees.

Water Temp: perect
Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)
Report: Couldn't pick up a pattern. Water seemed up so lake was deep. Fished Cherry in the morning with a minimal bite. A couple dinks around standup trees drop shotting black grape robo worms. Couldn't get anything else to go. Moved out to the main lake and ished points. A couple more dinks and then wham, a 5lb hog drop shotting the same black grape worm. My biggest bass at Sonoma. My pops hooked a 2lber on a speed trap. Good day, very hot.
City: San FranciscoTips: Fish seemed to be pretty deep. The only real pattern that produced was the drop shot. Careul thought, the hook loved to snag on tree limbs. Lost alot o terminal tackle.
