Re: Why Don't You Want to Wear the License?
I am not a fan of the wearing of the fishing license. I understand its purpose, but just feel that if I have it I should be good. To me it gets in the way at times and I really dont like wearing it on the hat deal. To me its a stupid law that really is just another way for the DFG to make a dollar o...

Well personally I have not seen it, but Im sure that DFG will be utiliazing the money appropriately. They are in the process of removing sunken ships in the delta and other projects. I believe the enhancement stamp has only been going on for the last 4 years if im correct. Besides the Delta has a hu...

I dont feel that we are slamming the TD, just there were a bunch of anglers that were let down. This sport that we all love to fish in is pretty much a small family and when we are let down, well their is reporcussions. Im sure 100% did not see this coming and if so would have made the appropriate a...

800 lb wire, a little tough to tie a polamer knot, but once you get it done, you can walk those fish across the water and have them in the boat in no time. Also very slim chance on losing a $45 bait. Hope this helps!!!

Taking a trophy bass is no different then taking any other trophy animal. We should all be thankful that we as sportsman can go out and be able to harvest a once in a life time animal. White spinner baits work, as well as white crank baits. I would say 16 lbs would be a good weight to get a check. Drop shotting shd worms is good, but try to concentrate on the large mouths. Smoke colored grubs on a ball jig head works as well. I know the shad pattern baits are pretty good this time...
