I found a 24P stainless prop at Mead about five feet up the bank. It was in good shape. Probably lost in about 25 feet last year & just got exposed in August when I found it.

Don't forget to grease the pivot where it tilts also. There is a zerk on the front center of the pivot that needs grease from time to time.

wanna cool little trick that we do for the stipers, and the occassional largmouth will hit it...get a cheap topwater (walking bait) like the Rebel and insert it in the cavity of the tora tube....make sure you take the hooks off, then push the front eyelette through and then the split rings for the ...

Good to meet you in the weigh-in line yesterday. Yeah it was off the hook. Fish were everywhere, yet we could only get 15.30 ourselves. Oh well it was a great day of fishing anyway. We just couldn't get a couple of the big girls to go.

Maybe I should clarify. I was saying a swivel can do the same thing as the clip, not the weight with a clip. Just run the line through the weight then the eye of the swivel then tie the hook. After that put the hook in the bait's nose just like always the bring the snap down & over the hook poin...

I tried them & didn't like them. I don't have any problem getting my bait to stand out though. You just gotta run the tag line down throught the top of the hook eye & it will hang right. IMO, as always & YMMV.

They're closing it down. A couple of weeks ago I saw on the news they gave everyone 30 days to get out. The marina and the trailer park. I don't know if there is any reprieve or delay to the timing but if not they should be working on moving that stuff out of there right now.
