Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)

Report: Put in at dawn, went directly to Rocky Point, threw a green/red lake Senko and caught a 2+ largemouth on the irst cast, and its' twin on the ourth cast.... Thought "this is going to be the day", and then didn't catch another or about three+ hours.... Caught the third one at the very back o that arm (can't recall the name), and a ourth and ith (both small) coming out... Threw over a branch o an overhanging tree (accidentally) and just yo-yoed the Senko up and down a ew times and a really good ish nailed it.... Had to go in to retrieve both ish and lure as they were snarled up in both the tree and weeds... Rinally got her in the boat and she weighed 4.2 on the digital scale... By then the wind was really screaming, so I called it a day, put the boat on the trailer, and was really glad that I'd decided on Tenmile or that day.....
      City: Williams, Oregon

Tips: Only tried Senkos (4") didn't eel the need or anything else + as weedy as it was, Senkos rigged Texas style with no weight seemed like a good choice.....

Caught 13 with largest an 8 lb emale in back o cove on rocks on a Senko. Saw lots o 5 inch bass. Must have had a good spawn last year. Lake was way down or this time o year. Looked like this year's spawn is also ok. Lots o nice crappie to 1 lb. Best size crappie I have seen here in a while. Why don't you Oregon people use this sight? SAme sight that we have in Caliornia and it is going gang-busters.

      Water Temp: 60 to 70

Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)

Report: Fished Owyhee 2 days, caught a total o 25 bass. It was a very strange trip. O the 25 bass 20 were 1 lb. I also caught one 2 lber, one 3 lbs, one 5 lbs, one 7 lbs and one 8 lbs. Feast or amine. All ish were caught in less than 10 eet o water. Where are all the middle weights? I am assuming that several years o spawn were let high and dry. When I was there the lake was down over 30 eet and was dropping at a rate o one oot a day. Fish all appear to have inished their spawn so hopeully this spawn took. I did see some 6 inch bass and had lots o strikes rom small ish (less than 12 inches). Caught most ish on Senkos, however 2 largest came on a surace plug and a crank bait. Fish were on rock tumbles on the main lake or near points that bottomed out at 10 eet. THese ish came rom middle lake. I caught nothing at upper end. Lots o algae in the water. I hope Oregon gets its act together. It is such a neat lake when ull.

      Water Temp: 68-71

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)

Report: We ished South Tenmile Saturday and Sunday o Memorial Day weekend. We boated 20-30 ish in two days ishing exclusively spinnerbaits. Most o the ish were small (8-14 in.) but we managed several 2 to 3 and a hal pounders. Our best success came in the mid to outer edge o the weedline in 4-7 eet o water although the biggest ish came o the bank (probably bedding ish). The ish seemed partial to water that was mud stained rom wave action on the shoreline although we ound ish all over the lake in all types o cover.
      City: Oregon City

Tips: I ished a 1/2 oz willowlea spinnerbait with a gold and silver skirt.

Report: Took the boat out today or a run and also did some smallmouth ishing. the water was cold and muddy, but the weather was nice. I ished some slack water areas next to rip rap,and ended up catching one smallie @ 3.4 lbs on a black/blue 1/4 oz. jig-n-craw with crawish smelly jelly scent.Fished or another 3 hours with no more takers.Cant complain or or mid-winter.

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)

Report: 9-28-01 mysel and a buddy hit the river in the Salem area @ o-dark thirty and ished 1/2 day which saw some consistancy in the 2 to 3lb range smallies, mainly on iness plastics and a ew on cranks in the 2' to 15' depth range. we managed about 15 ish
      City: Salem

Tips: In the all, as we are now, be prepared! ish are becoming more agressive and can be caught on almost anything. For aster action concentrate your eorts on the upper water column like less than 15'. Unless o course you have the always producing hot spot at greater depths. The reason or ishing shallower is so you can cover more water thouroughly. The more aggressive ish will be here.
