    Water Temp: 67 degrees

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)

Report: irst time at the lake. nice lake. can't wait til it turns over or the winter.landed 2 spots and lost 5. white willow lea spinnerbait in the morning close to the shoreline. saw some ish on the electronics at 30+ eet. was only able to hook one ona spoon... small. didn't try it long enough. got a lot o pickups ona jig and pig but no big ones. tried PopR in the morning beore the sun came up...no takers. ound out aterwards that dragging a 4 inch worm or grub in deep waterwould have worked. my partner was the guide and was ishing too ast and not on the dropos. i'll haveto use a heavier jig next time. i'm going back in November when the crank bite is on. caught some small spots on a rattle trap.didn't get a single white bass.check out my website http://members.home.net/scy33613
    City: Fremont

Tips: ish the shoreline in the morning shad pattern baits. you'llprobably need to hit the shore then drag it in with a slow roll toget a strike. ater 10am start looking or the drop os with a carolinarig or grub. the bass seem to be chasing shad more than crawdads.
