Water Temp: 51-55
Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)
Report: Started at 9:00 at the south end with Lucky Crat Staysee. Caught two 1.5 lb smallmouth in chalk coves in about ten eet o water. Fished three ingers, points outside o B-Rock and the mainlake shores below south shore marina but nothing. Caught one more smallmouth that went two pounds on the irst main point inside Harris Creek. Didn't catch anything else or the rest o the day. Threw crankbaits, jigs and dropshot but no luck. All ish were caught on a rip bait. Pete caught a ish that was probably like 4lbs but we didn't know what it was. It wasn't a striper or a carp, it looked like a trout but it wasn't. It was a good day on the water.

Report: Went out today and caught 10 ish by noon. Biggest was a 4lber caught on a crawdad crank. 5 biggest weighed 16lbs.
City: Arroyo GrandeTips: caught most o the ish on the crank and a couple on a rattle trap.

Report: This was another tough tournament.I weigh in at 13.95 pounds with a big ish at 3.4 lbs.The winning weight was 14.3 lbs. My partner Chris Washington did very well carrying must o the weight with his 4 ish. Overall we took a 2nd place win.
City: bakersieldTips: Stay in the trees.Use spinner on the edges o the bush and tree lines also plastic worms should be green weenies.All retrives has to be SLOW.Good Luck

Report: Woke up early the 29 o July. We used cranxs,plastic worms,buzzbaits,and night crawlers. We stayed up north shore and caught a 512 lb. catish. Used a bobber and a 7t. leader. Went up to south shore in a small cove with lots o brush. Caught 2 bass there using a bobber with a night crawler.
Tips: We've been going there or 7 years and it always boils down to crawlers. goooooooood luuuuuuuuuck!!!!!!!

Report: using weightless worms in oxblood colors and throwing them deep into the coves. long casts into shallow waters provideda 4lb. a 3lb. and quite a ew 2 lb. bass. constant action beore the sun hits the water. ater the sun rises, threw black w/red lake tubes texas style. very slow presentationresulted in good pole benders

Report: Got in late (about 5:00pm) looking or bass (slow) got a 2 pounder in 5 eet o water and accidently got a 1 lb, 6 oz Crappie.

Report: Large mouth slow, caught a ew, less than 1.5 lbs. Crappie in the spawn, two o us caught 50 in just over 4 hours. They ranged in size rom .75 lbs to just under 3 lbs. All the ish were ull o eggs. Used jigs in all the coves

Report: Fished Fri and Sat. 100% tournament on Saturday. Finished well down the pack. We ahd 4 ish on Friday and 6 on Saturday. No size either. I hate San Antone and it hates me right back. We caught a ew shallow crank ish and the rest on darter headed 6" worms on rock banks. I have to go back here in two months (sigh). Winners caught split shot ish in the backs o coves in grass. Go igure.

Report: best set-up that worked was a drop shot rig using 6in black plastic about 18 in above shot.this kept worm just at or above top o grass.caught and released 3 bass one at 4.5lbs rom a kayak.using this rig i was able to drit back with wind and lit and drop rig or drag.i ished just deep enough to where i could no longer see bottom.spawn is on and warm weather is causing an agae bloom which will only be worse or the next ew weeks

Report: club tounament today 11+# won with 3 ish.chocolate blue 8" slowly shaking it rom 3'-20' o points and rocks pretty much a pressure bite. the split shot rigs were getting bit too, just smaller ish all in all pretty tough had to really slow it down and be patient.

Report: Went to S.M. after a year away, hit the maine lake with nothing, water wasrmer and less stained up rive so headed here. Caught 2 fish approx. 2.5 each one on flipped drop shot in the tulles and the other in the tulles as a whacky ( trying 0ut the new whacky rod. Nice rod)
one caught on green pumpkin lg black flake senko and the other on a worm whacky style watermelon candy.
beautiflu day on the water. Is starting to clear somewhat, but the main lake near the dam is the worst

Heard rumors that only one boat had a 6 fish limit and won the meet with 13 or 16 pounds.[?] Second place had three fish and more weight but the bonus with 6 fish took the win

Report: Fished beore sunrise, o the bank and on a small dock. I threw a Terminator Buzz bait w/a chartruse and white skirt. The weed line was pretty thick and I casted just along the outside. On the 3rd cast I got a nice 2.5 bass. As soon as the sun hit the water I slowed down using a craw tube. I saw some dinks ollowing but no bites. I saw a ew ish being caught on the banks opposite rom me. I let at 8:30 am. This was my irst trip to the lake,(actually just passin' thru) I will be back or sure when I have more time. Looks like a great ishery.

Report: Fished an A.B.A. tournament. Placed second with just over 18lbs.Fun day o ishing. The ish were in 5-15 o water on a slow rolled spinnerbiat. Cought about 15 bass today. At about 1 p.m. lipped a 6.4lbs.
City: santa margaritaTips: Margarita has been getting real good the last ew years right now is the time to go or big ish. The trout bait is a great way or ish in 5+ rage. But or un with 2pounders through a spinnerbait and good luck.

Report: pre ished riday ...19 degrees when i started . ice everywhere.. ished until 2 pm . one strike on a spinner bait .. blue bird skys.. came back sat or a small club tourney . overcast and threating rain. not as cold as riday as no ice on boat . caught a 2 and a hal right away on a at reeingerling in about 10 eet o water . caught anothe clone about hal hour later same lure. neither mysel or my non baoter got another hit all day . two ish or 4.97 and i ished second winner had three ish or 7+ this was my irst time on lake .. nice little lake ..
