Report: A tough day on the lake. We started out at 1:30pm.. I had heard it had been slow the previous weekend but since the temp. had risen dramaticaly I thought this would be the day it turned. It started out promising with my son landing a 2lb on a 6'Purple roboworm in about 6" o water. Ater that we would ind plenty o ish but they just wouldn't bite.We ended up with 4 total and I did land a 3lb emale that was sitting on her bed....she was ready to pop...when I released her she splashed water in my ace which my son thought was very unny. i think it was her way o saying thanks or letting me go!
      City: Clovis

Tips: All ish were caught on plastics...no top water action we cranked a little...spinner baits too.Purple and salt and pepper pro worm were the colors..

      Water Temp: 62-63

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)

Report: This report is somewhat like the last one made last week here with just a ew changes. First, i you want to ish the "cleaner" water here you will need to move away rom the launch ramp area due to water is now being released rom up above and has dirtied up the whole upper area o the lake. Mysel and 2 other riends ished rom a rental boat rom 7:30am to 1:00pm. We put our eorts into ishing or bass on the steep rocky areas, both walls and points with split shotted small plastics. We pulled out 1 nice sized smallmouth at 2lbs, 7 largemouth up to 3lbs (w/one ish breaking o on the hook-set which MAY have been bigger)1 healthy 14 inch trout and one tiny striper! By 1:00pm the wind came up and the bite really dropped o. These ish were deinitely in that 10 to 20 t. depth range. We could'nt get bit up shallower today!
      City: Los Angeles

Tips: As the season warms up, the bite SHOULD improve here as long as you can ind the clearer water. We also heard that the stripers were in the 50t range here but that's a bite we didn't try or today. (I did see about a 12lbs striper loat by our boat, dead) No surace action was seen by any o us today, but maybe another day. Crappie may still be about but that's another bite as well not tried or given our time rame or the day. So many ish.....so little time....Good luck!

Report: Went up with wies amily or a BBQ on her brother-in-law's party-barge. They were mostly cruising around but I got o about 40-50 cast's. I caught two dink's but I switched to a 1058 and on one o my last casts a stout two pounder hit it hard. This was o the point entering Greasy. He must have thought he was a lunker the way he ought. Not much ishing opportunity, but I made the most out o it. Good luck evrybody!
      City: Visalia

Tips: The more you get to cast...The more you get to ish!!!
