Report: It was a stormy ugly day. I got there at 8 am and went to go ish by the power poles. I couldn't stay still in the wind even with a 55 lb thrust trolling motor. Got a ew hits on watermelon colored worms but no luck. Decided to go try under the bridge cause it is usually sheltered rom the wind. I was right. Caught a couple on watermelon worms on the south bank o that area. Then I switched over to the north side. Tore em up on Senko's in the rain. They would hit it as it slowly ell down. Caught about ten on senkos, our 15-16" keepers, then called it a day because o the rain.
      City: Corcoran/SLO

Tips: Watermelon colored worms split or drop-shotted will catch some. When it was raining the ish became active and they were all over the baby bass colored senko. small ish would hitit on or near the surace. Larger ish hit it as it was alling into about 5-6 t.

      Water Temp: 60*

Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)

Report: It seemed to be, that it was going to be just one o those day's when you can't do no wrong, well, it turned out be just so. I ished my G-Loomis IMX 843 all morning spooled up with 6 lb blue izorline, with my baby calcutta 50. Water temperature was at 60 degrees today beore i let and that was at 1:30, so i igured the water temp in the morning was at around the high end o the 50"s 58, 59. Got ten bass, all on Senko"s, purple smoke with the black hologram. I then soon ran out o those, and i themn had to go to the 3 1/2 inch Green Watermelon with black lake. It Did'nt matter, as ar as the color go's, i pretty much dead stuck them all morning long. It should be another good day tomorrow, and the place i was ishing was Cleghorn Canyon. And i was not in a boat, straight rom the shore. Sincerely, Mark Marion, aka "Micropterus Salemoids". PEACE.
      City: Whittier, Caliornia

Tips: Looks like the spawn is pretty much over, however, i didnt ish rom boat, so i cant say or sure that this is true, not all bass spawn at the same time. I would suggest giving them Gary Yamamotos baits a try. Water was clear, and not at all warm, 60 degrees at best i would say bearable or the bass.

We were using shad colored lukes and 4-5" clear senkos with black leck.My apoligies go out to Marley-Mann questioning his post last week. It seems he and his partner are not only very skilled but also had one o those days we are all chasing!!Here's wishing you many more o those days Marley-Mann!!!

Report: A very hot day yet the water remains quite chilly. The bass are deinitely biting better and should be red hot shortly i the warm weather continues. The morning bit was the key as I got ew bites ater 12:00 noon. The water is very stained with the dying algae, making bass bed watching all but impossible or now. The bass I caught were very healthy and plump.
      City: Los Angeles

Tips: Very early in the morning it didn't seem to matter what color or size plastic worm I was using. But as the day wore on my 4 inch Power worm is all they would bite.
