    Report: Started out at irst light. Launched at third marina went straight out to irst cove I saw.Using a texas rig with dark 4' purple landed a 3LB second cast in about 8" o water.3 cast later another a little smaller.10 minutes one more about 1/2 lb. Moved up the lake and ished the banks looking or the spawn.No bites ...tried every color in the box...still learning.Trying out new equip. Didn't get another bite but my son got a strong hit on a 5' salt & pepper worm a hour beore we quit.All in all a un day!

    Tips: All ish were caught dragging real slow on the bottom.Gonna try split shotting next trip.

    Report: cold ront turned ish o. ound a ew spots around points past trimmer up to 40 t deep. had better days, where did the sun go?

    Report: ished sycomore cove out o my loat tube and had one o the best pine lat days in three years. ound spots stacked up o a small rock point mostly small but un all the same. lost count around 40 ish shaking a our inch salt & pepper clear worm with a sparkel tail. what a great day and it only gets better rom here.

    Report: Arrived at the lake ay 7:30a.m.Fished hard until 3:00p.m.Went straight to the river with a boat on every point.First cast caught a 2lb spot.Managed rom there to get a good limit o ish.Had to work at it though.Everyone we talked to seem to be doing about the same.Another week or two o 70 plus temps,and look out the lake will really turn on.

    Tips: caught is on salt&pepper grubs as well as ox blood 4"worms.concentrate on river rock points and shoreline mixed with sand.5 to 20t.o water.no luck using blades or cranks.need a couple o weeks o 70+weather and those baits will come into play.or now stick to salt&pepper grubs/ox blood 4in.worms.

    Report: Dropshot bite was on. Most o the ish came rom 45-50t. The bait was right above the ish on slopping points in the main lake. The weather was nasty but the catching was great. Most o the ish were 14 to 18". biggest 3lbs.

    Tips: Fish are still deep but do act like they are getting ready to stage. All plastics 4" or smaller. Color didn't matter.

    Report: Hit the lake or a ew hours. I caught several 13" ish on a drop shot. 33' deep seemed to be key. Tried a spinner bait and got slammed twice but missed the ish so I let them rest or a while and went back with a baby senko and caught them both,15 inchers, right on the bank but about 8'-10' deep. I wish I had my rip bait box with me! WW

    Report: Clovis bass club had our last Tournament and TOC here on Saturday and Sunday. 4 anglers had over 7 lbs. The pattern seemed to be shallow o steep walls. Sinko's, Jigs, and a little rip bait were taking 1.5lb to 2.0lb ish. The TOC produced a 4.85 spot o a rip bait worked slow. Ryan Huskey won our TOC with that ish.

    Tips: Stay shallow in the morning work rockey points, lite rip baits worked slow or jigs in brown worked slow, sinko's are hot. split shot, darter head, no lead at all they were working.Good ishing

    Report: ished a.b.a. on the 19th. slow day or all. black worms with red tails. 6 ish and only 3 legal. didn't stay or weight in. 8 lbs. won- 7 lbs. second and 6.32 3rd. just went lower rom there.62 teams and only 5 limits or 128 ish.

    Report: Clovis bass club Tournament. 27 anglers, 67 ish, 61.75lbs,9 blacks, 58 spots. Only 8 limits were weighed in. Lots o small ish.

    Tips: ish banks with jigs in the morning, go deep ater that 30 - 50 t. Dark jigs, lite worms, on a darter head.Keep ishing.

    Report: I caught a 15" 1.5lb largemouth and my son caught a 13" irst thing in the morning (8:30) in the main lake. Got skunked the rest o the day, even tried above Trimmer or spots. Very ew ishermen and lake was smooth with no wind.

    Report: Got to the lake 8am. Started near Deer Creek with topwater with no luck. Headed to Zebe cover. Caught to several small spots dropshotting. Fished damn area with jigs. Caught 2 nice size blacks 3lbs in 4-10ft water on dropshot. Water temp near damn is about 56'. Went back past Trimmer, noticed water only 49' in sycomre cove. Tried jigs, spoons, dropshot, cranks with no luck. Fished dartheads with 1 spotted bass. Fished windy gap area with no luck. Head back towards damn. Stuck a nice 4lb black dropshotting 12ft of water. Off by 2pm.

    Tips: Like report before. Dam area seems to be more active. Water temps much warmer. Might head back this weekend as weather is warming up.

    Report: Decided to head up to the lake on my day off. Arrived 7am. Cold cold cold. Started up river throwing topwater with no takers. Tried jigs, spoons, and dropshot. 1 fish. Headed towards windy gap and spooned 2 3lbs spots at about 56ft! Threw dartheads and hula grubs with no luck. Head towards dam. Threw a dartheads with several fish in the 1-2lbs range. off water by 2. overall a good day. best 5 8-10lbs.

    Tips: Water temperature near dam was much warmer. Fish seemed more active in that area. spend time spooning it will pay off.

    Report: STARTED AT 8 WINDY GAP. WHAT A DAY CAUGHT 20+ KEEPERS, 3 OFF THE BOARD ALL SPOTS. LOST THE BIG FISH OF THE DAY LARGEMOUNTH RIGHT AT THE BOAT. COOL EARLY SUN CAME OUT LATER AND WAS A VERY NICE DAY FOR jAN. hOPE THE BIT IS AS GOOD FOR YOU AS IT WAS FOR ME. (I'LL BE BACK) GOOD LUCK

    Tips: WINDY GAP - WALL LEFT SIDE JUST AFTER YOU TURN 60' DROP SHOT 4" GREEN/BROWN WORM. GO RIGHT AT WINDY TO THE COVE RIGHT SIDE GOOD.

    Report: Hit the water around 0700 dropsotted points and break lines zero ish. Stayed to watch Golden Empire Bass Fed weigh in. Not a lot o limits mostly small ish but did see a nice 6.05 lb spot. Atleast someone caught them.

    Report: I got to the Lake about 6;15am.Iwent to the back where the water comes in and saw a lot o large bass in the shallows.I messed around about 3hrs.trying to catch one but had negative results.I then moved to the main channel and begain ishing with AAron Magic on a drop shot and whata you know,Ibegain landing spots up to 2 1/2 lbs everywhere I was that day.I tryed spinners,cranks,Jigs and spitshotting nothing else worked.I guest I didn't have a bad day aterall.

    Tips: The water is cold 52 to 56 in some places,trystaying in the main channel and ishing o the points 30 to 60 t.I that dont work goto the houseboat and ish about 25 t away in deep water."DROP SHOT EVERY" P.S.We need to enter more reports.We all can help
