Water Temp: ?
Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)
Report: Sunday ishing started late or me (about 11:45 am), however, loat-tubing the back end o the lake in the trees in 4-10 o water turned out pretty good. Wacky-worming worked best. Sinkos, light line (6 lb). The ish weren't slamming ANYTHING but they WOULD pick these things up and sit there with them until you set the hook. Brown with black lake was the ticket. Most ish were 2-3 pounders and I caught and released 11 ish with only two under 15 inches (and those just barely). The previous Wednesday I ished the same time period and sat out there in the pouring rain and lightening storm at times and did every bit as well with the same stu. A couple larger ish on that Wednesday came on brown 8" lizzards Texas rigged. Things should be red hot on Thursday and I WILL be there to ind out! Good ishing.
City: BakersieldTips: 4" sinkos, brown w/black lakes, and 8" lizzards brown or green weenie colored.

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)
Report: Went on the 24th and caught 2 small one pounders on the north shore on arkie Critter Grubs. Felt happy with what i got so went back the next day, and right away hooked up with another 11/2 pounder then got skunked or the rest o the day till about 4 when i got hooked up with a nice 4 pound bed ish. She wammed on my grub. Took a ew shots o it and let her go.... Went back on the 26th and got skuned on the north shore. Went back on the 28th and irst cast on the east shore got a 2 pounder on a Aarons Magic Robo worm. Ended up the day with 4 ish all in the 1 pound range. The guy ishing next to me caught 15 bass all in the 1 pound range and smaller. He used the same worm as me, but used lighter line (#4 pound test) and a light action pole with light weight on it. I htink it made theworm look more natural and seemed un when he was landing them in on a trout pole) I really love bass ishing now, and got hooked. I always ish Puddingstone rom shore. Anyone have any tips or a new bass angler who ishes rom shore????
City: PomonaTips: I have had great sucess on Arkie Grubs and Robo worms. I have been using light line with a medium action pole. (#6 line, 6 oot pole) Slow, dead retrieve. The Hits have been very light, the ish grab it and sit stll.

Water Clarity: Muddy (0-2 foot visibility)
Report: Got on the lake at 1 PM. Fished in my tube on the South Shore throwing crankbaits, spinnerbaits, and jigs to get nothing. Tied on a 1.5" uzzy chartreuse jig and paddled around or a ew minutes to hook up with a 1 pound bass. I should o had a white grub o some kind. The water was very murky because o the boat traic. It was still ideal conditions or ishing though and a great day to use my tube or the irst time.
City: AltadenaTips: Go when the water is a little bit clearer and there isn't to much boat traic.

Water Temp: 60-62
Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)
Report: Well the Bass Classics o Santa Clara Valley had another very tough time at San Antonio. We had 27 anglers and only 10 caught ish. In irst place guess who? Dieter Spicker he had 5 smallmouth or 12.45 lbs. all on beds some with grubs and the rest on texas rigged 6" worms in June Bug & Witches T colors. The majoriy i the ish were spawning in the middle o the lake in 3-5 eet on rocky and sandy shores in the short pockets and places out o the wind. Dan Hitchcock had our ish the same way in Dieters boat with 9.4 lbs. In third place was a oreign exchange student rom Japan Hiraku Yoskitomo he had 3 ish or 6.4 lbs on small japanese rip baits and crank baits in ire tiger like colors. In orth place with 3.15 lbs was Rich O'brien he was shakin worms or his two ish. In ith place was mysel with 3.15 lbs and two ish. One ish I caught Split shotting a cinnamon brown worm and I had three ish o o beds on a 4" cinnamon brown worm with blue lake on a darthead sight ishing. However two o my ish were short. The other ive guys caught only one ish. The largemouths were cruising and staging in the backs o the short coves and pockets on the main lake but they were very skittish and were not locked down to any beds yet.
City: FremontTips: This lake should be busting loose any day now watch out or spooking spawning ish in the shallows mark the spots and later come back to the nest and catch them rom arther away. White and chartruese colors so when they eat the bait you can see it disappear.

Report: BassBusters Fishing Report rom Joe H. and Mysel.Saturday - Joe and I managed a couple o quick ish on a 1/2 oz. White Spinnerbait with a Single Hammered Crome Indiana Blade. This Spinnerbait has produced really good or spots. The next couple o ish came o o a Luck Crat Pointer 128 in American Shad. Ater the reaction bite died or us we caught the rest o our ish on a 7" Roboworm in a color close to Arrons Majic, but I can't remember the exact name.On Sunday - We went right to the same Luck Crat Pointer. It again produced a ew good ish, when that bite started to die I wanted something similar to use but a little slower, so I switch to a Pearl Fluke with Chartruse Back and Red Tip at the head. This was great I had three ish or our cast and then produce a ew more o o it. The trick was twitch it a ew times and let it all near a big bolder. The ish would slam it. Joe was producing similar results with a Chartruse Senko. He would let it all closer to the bottom and lit it once, then the ish would slam it. Once the sun came out we tried a couple o things but again ound the bite with the same darter head setup.Sunday produce about 14 ish or us with 8 keepers or our 10.5 lbs.Saturday produce about 25 ish, all keepers or our 11.92 lbs.We had a good time despite the massive rain on Saturday. All in all I would say the Pine Flat was a success with almost all boats coming in with limits both days.Thanks,R. Duzac

The lake is wide open on bed ishing however, the water is stilled stained with max visibility o about 5-6 t. The bigger ish all came on beds around and underneath bushes. I expect ishing should only improve with the upcoming ull moon phase.
City: San DimasTips: Use any sot plastic in a high visible colors, although our best success was with the darker and much harder to see colors. Remember, release all bed ish exactly where you caught them and handle the larger emales with care, (they will be illed with eggs). Good ishing!
