All the ish I caught was on a 4" plastic worm (my avorite lure). Report: Fished 4/8 rom 8:00 AM to 6:45 PM and caught 10 spotted bass, 1 small mouth, 1 white bass and 1 4 lb carp that took 10 min to land, man are carp strong, pound or pound they are tronger than bass. Anyway back to bass, caught my ish on 4 inch purple worms and 4 inch green weenies, I caught two o my bigger spots on 5 inch senko, talk about a do nothing rig, I just tossed it out there and they hit it as soon as it hit the water. Caught 1 spot on down shot rig but most ish on 1/16 dart head. What I like about Naci is that even with ull moon and unstable weather the ish still bite. Spoke with a couple o guys that has 10-15 ish ea also.
      City: Milpitas

Tips: With the weather I had ish were in 5-10 eet o water, could not get any top water going, Go with natural color worms on a 1/16 or 1/8 oz dart head and you will catch ish.Fished main body points and coves and caught ish in both places. Catch and release, bank the carp.

      Water Temp: 59-61

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)

Report: The ishing was excellent or two days despite the bad weather. My brother and I along with the "The Tackle Box" in Salinas sponsor a memorial tournament each year or our older brother John who let us seven years ago. This years tournament was one o our best. Thirteen teams ished through the bad weather to weigh-in a total o 109 ish. The winning team brought in 13.75 lbs. The big ish was caught by Roger Diaz (4.5 lbs.) largemouth in Swamp John's across the West ramp o Oak Shores. Most o the ish were spots in the 1.5 to 2.0 lb. range. The length range was 13 to 15 inches. The male ish were staging on the beds on the lats about 10-15t. o water. All the ish were released with a 100% survival rate ater the weigh-in. Considering the weather the ishing was excellent. Small ish but plenty o action.
      City: Roseville

Tips: Practice catch and release. The action was hot on a seven inch power worm texas rigged with light weight. color was punkinseed. Many o the ishermen used spinnerbaits in white and chartruese. Some ish caught on crankbait in shad color with red spot on belly. Have a great time on the lake and practice catch and release so these smaller ish can get bigger or next year.
