    Report: Fished all day in the Warm Springs Arm. Saw some top water action in the a.m. beore the wind picked up. Also ound a ew bed ish. As the crowds inceased the ish went a little deeper. Caught some on worms and ended the day cranking. Best ish came on a crank bait around 3:30 pm across rom Buck Pasture camp area. Total o 8 ish to 2.5 lbs.

    Tips: Top water time in the morning, then throw crankbaits around the points.

    Report: Got on the water just ater 06:30.First cast produced a nice 3lb bass.Got o the water at noon.Between the two o us, we caught over two hundred crappie,12 bass, and 8 redear.Nothing was over 4 lbs, but it was all good un.Almost 25 o the crappie were over 2lbs and 1 o the redear was over 1.5lbs.No topwater action today rom the bass.I can't imagine anyone not catching ish today.It was just too easy.     Report: Went up to the lake yesterday at about 3 pm despite the ront that was moving through. ished rocky points near the dam until about 8 pm, and inally landed my irst sonoma lunker. landed a 6.3 toad on a carolina rigged 4" purple Power rib worm. nice at largemouth buck, and practiced catch and release o course. about ten miutes later broke o on what elt like a much bigger ish due to an improperly adjusted drag. this one stole a craw colored ratt-l-trap. those were my only two hookups. in all a good day despite the wind and occasional periods o rain.

    Tips: anyone have any suggestions on what lines i should switch to. i like to use 6 lb. Spider super monoXXX, but it seems like i have been getting broken o a lot lately. suggestions?

    Report: On the lake at 0745 ound plenty o ish on banks o main body. 1 to 3 lbs. Wind kicked up about 0930 so we headed or shelter up the North Creak arm. Caught a couple o ish o rocks in this area. Success came in Cherry where I caught a 6, 5 and 3 lb ish within about 30 minutes. Big one came on a baby brush hog, the rest came on Senko. Most o the bites were pretty aggressive, one 2 lber about pulled the rod out o my hand. Me and my partner had over 20 ish between us or the day, would have had a lot more but we were running rom the wind.

    Tips: The day beore a ront can be a great day. Fish the mud lines with baby brush hogs, ish the tress and brush with weightless senkos.

    Report: ished warm springs area at 11;30am to 1500 and caught 11 totaled 4 largemouth bass 3 were keepers and 7 smallmouth 4 keepers on crawdad cranks and pig and jig .caught the biggest a 19 inch smallmouth on a 2 in. grub.the biggest largemouth was 17 inches while swimming the pig and jig over a allen tree the jig was on the surace.when the wind kicked up i called it a day.catch and release.

    Tips: smaller baits caught the biggest ish,1/8 ounce jigs and jigheads right up on the shore pulled into the water worked best,

    Report: Went out at about 5:00 PM despite reports o a tough bite and wind. Fishing plastic up Yorty and Cherry we caught 7 ish, one at 4 lbs. and the rest around 2 lbs. Most hit on the all near the grassy banks. The boat was in about 8-10' o water. Short casts and lot's o them. Good luck.

    Tips: Any worm seems to do, rigged semi-weedless and weightless so that it alls slow and horizontal.

    Report: got up there at about 9am and ished the salt creek arm, and ound aew nests, got one 2 pounder on a baby brush hog,catch and release o course. got aew others to bites, but they just wouldnt stay on. these ish ar hard to ind.

    Tips: ind a god area, and walk along shore to look or bass. use sot plastics or the beddin bass, catch and release, and good luck

    Report: Fished Senko's almost exclusively. Mostly rootbeer and watermelon. 17 Fish total. Biggest to 2.5#. Sonoma expert Jim McDevitt was knocking them dead, especially in the morning, he got 12 overall. Saw several "bed ish" got some o them to take with alot o proviking (hitting them with your plastic). Hit ish in several locations. South o the ramp in the a.m., north to happy cove and I believe the last cove was honey cove. Fish is several dierent depths, 2 - 18 eet. His buddy also got at least 14 ish mostly with Senko's as well, some over 2.5#. Tough wind in the aternoon slowed things but great day overall!

    Tips: Senko's - watch your line, they did not hit, just ate it and swam away slowly.

    Report: Went with another meathead on Monday and stunk it up. Can you say Prespawn? At least that's what we think.We caught a couple in Cherry on a spook and a jig. Thought I hit the jackpot when I stuck a ish on a Mr.B jig with a yammy twintail in Cherry also. You guessed it, a reakin 15lb catish. Good way to check your tackle. Everything held up great except it was the wrong ish on the end o the line. Caught a ew on senkos and a ew on lukes. Only saw a couple o males up guarding ry. Had a good thunk on my jig ishing verticle on a tree o o a lat. O course I had my head up my !@$$ on that one and missed him or her. The lake just was not right. It's was not the Sonoma I know. The most important part o the trip was, and a lot o people orget this, was that I had FUN. Thanks Meathead.

    Report: un day on the lake. got to lake at 8am to cold to be early 41 air temp. started in cherry spotted bed ish roght rom the get go and practiced my bed ishing untell 2pm, 23 total and switched to a crank. got 12 on the crawdad crank. had to leave by 330. all told sweet day on the lake, ish rom 11/2 to 6lbs males still on the beds bigger ish came on the crank.

    Report: Got on the water at 5:45am, headed up the lake & ished trees with 2 hits early, so small, couldn't hook em. Fished most o day with hit here & there. Bset was 2.5 lbs, practiced catch & release. Wind was howling then stopped completely, then came back. Miserable & ustrating day, not much happening on this lake. Moon messed us up. Was in Cabo last week & windy there too, got out & spotted 20 Blue Marlin, hooked & released 3 around 140 lbs each. There were no tuna anywhere. Dorado were small. Had one illeted & shared with others at resort. As we let, weather turned nice. Fun trip with the guys anyhow! Probably, see you guys next spring....Happy Fishing

    Report: This was my irst visit to lake Sonoma this year. Arrived around 3:00 and ished rom shore until about 8:00. Was using a Senko, green pumpkin. Caught a nice large mouth, about 5 pounds around 4:20. Didn't get to weigh it, but got a couple photos. Also caught a nice small mouth with the same worm. Learned to use the Senkos rom Larry Hemphill, boy those things work great!!! No weight, just toss it out there. I've ished this lake several times, both rom shore and boat and most o the time I catch something, but this was the biggest bass I've ever caught. What a great lake.

    Report: I ished the irst evening and had a good outing. When the breeze was blowing I would throw a spinnerbait. When it was still I would use Senkos , lip or use a crankbait. Most the ish came on blades but the biggest on the crankbait. Hard ishing the next couple o days, but enjoyed mysel just the same.

    Tips: When the wind blows throw the blade. Throw past the cover and run the spinnerbait into the cover your ishing.

    Report: Camped and Fished Saturday and Sunday at Skunk Creek. Caught 5 ish:4 large mouth rom 2-4 lbs, and a 1.3 lb crappie. Fished rom shore and kayak and ound a large sucess in 4-6 eet o water boardering along small weed clumps. Caught 3 o 4 largemouth with green lippin tubes and also the were hittin bitsy and pro jigs. Also caught crappie using bitsy bug jig.

    Tips: Lot o bites rom green lipping tubes and dark colored jigs on deep side o weed clumps.

    Report: Arrived early, even with Daylight Savings in eect (think this had something to do with the bite)lots o trailers in the lot. Fished dierent points with trees, hooked & released a ew that were around 1.5 #. Water is cold & so is bite. No one really catching much. Fished Yorty Creek w/o any hits. Using 6" watermelon Zoom Lizards. Didn't try any other methods. None o these ish were emales. Hung it up at 2 & launch was a zoo. What's the law on tubing in the no ski area?

    Report: ARRIVED 5:45AM, LAUNCH WAS FULL. SPOKE TO ONE GUY & SAID THERE WERE 3 TOURNAMENTS GOING ON. AS WE DROVE ACROSS BRIDGE, BOATERS WERE ON THE WATER. WE DECIDED, LET'S NOT GO WHERE THEY'RE FISHING. WE FISHED FISHED ALL THE POINTS UP & DOWN THE NORTH SIDE OF THE LAKE. HAD SEVERAL TAPS, MOSTLY SMALL FISH, GOT INTO ONLY 3 FISH THAT WERE 1.5-1.75 POUNDS. ON THE WAY OUT, ONE TOURNEY GUY HAD ONE FISH THAT BARLEY LOOK 12". DID'NT SEE ANY BIG FISH AT ALL. GOING TO GIVE IT A REST FOR A WEEK. GOING TO CABO.

    Report: Fishing was slow in the morning. Tried everything I had. Fish started biting at 12:30. Hooked three bass between 1.3 and 2.3 in one hour using large brush hogs in 15' o water.

    Report: We hiked around to the other side, and I casted a couple times and hooked 2 large mouth bass, one was a 5lb and the other was 3lbs, we ished near the opening to Yorty Creek.

    Report: I was walking down by Yorty Creek, my sel being a 14 year old and I was using "RattleSnake" worms. I walked into a cove just about 200 eet rom the boat dock. I casted near this log and hooked a 4lb large mouth bass. My riend had caught 3 blue gills and at the end o the day, I had 2 blue gills and 1 bass, my riend caught 3 blue gills and a Sacramento Perch.
