    Water Temp: Cold

Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)

Report: Fished from 3-6pm, rained on me 3x, caught 2 2lbers using a chart\white white spinner bait. Both bites came after I bounced the bait into the bottom (rocky). Also slowly fished a dropshot with a "gulp" worm 2 and 3 feet off the bottom. Nothing. They seemed to want the bait moving and making a commotion.

Despite the rain, the lake was beautiful and very still following the showers.
    City: San Jose

Tips: Bang a moving bait against any cover\structure you can find.

    Water Temp: warm

Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)

Report: I don't think there are any stripers here. Fished from about 7am to 12pm. Tried top waters for about an hour with no takers. Tried casting and retreiving a grub on a p-head. got nothing on that either. Tried a magic worm c-rigged and picked up 2 dinks and 1 about 2#. Tried a Senko from the boat launch area and hooked one about 3#. Caught another dink from the same area on the c-rig. Tried a brush hog along the bank by uvas road and got another about 1.5#.
    City: san jose

Tips: apparantly the fish were at or near the bottom. The main "cover" at this lake is probably on the bottom- changes in bottom contour, rocks, old creek beds etc.

    Water Temp: unknown

Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)

Report: Fished from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00p.m. The lake was in alot worse shape than the last time i fished it (March). The weeds were dying, the bottom was silty, and the water level was a lot lower. It's hard to put a pattern on this lake because of the wide fluctuations in water level. Managed to land one dink on a T-rigged Baby Brush hog on the backside near the bouy line.
    City: San Jose

Tips: Dragging a Brush hog in the flats in Mar/Apr.is the only thing that's worked consistently for me. Caught a few on C-rigged magic worms, grubs, and in warmer weather Pop-R's work o.k.
