      Water Temp: 60

Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)

Report: I WAS TO SMART TO GO OVER THE SERRIAS. MY DIE HARD FISHING BUDDY MADE IT. WHILE I WATCHED GOLF HE KICKED BUTT. FISH ARE HOLDING ON MOST OF THE NESTS. LADIES ARE ABOUT 10 MONTHS PG. LOOK FOR GREAT ACTION FOR BED FISHERMEN BY THIS WEEKEND. LAST WEEK WATER LEVEL HAD DROPPED CAUSING MANY BUCKS TO LEAVE WHAT NESTS THEY HAD STARTED. BUT THEY ARE REALLY FLAPPING THEIR TAILS TO GET THE PRETTY LADIES INTO THEIR BEDS. SOME MACHO MEAT GUYS ARE HOLDING FEMALES. WISH SOMEONE WOULD EDUCATE THEM AND INTRODUCE THE TO TROUT.
      City: WELLINGTON,NV

Tips: BENT THEM OUT OF SHAPE, GET THEM TO JUMP YOUR JIG, FIGHT 'EM, TOSS THEM BACK, COLLASPE AS YOUR HANDS SHAKE AND THANK THE BASS GOD FOR SUCH AN EXPERIENCE.

      Water Temp: 52-57

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)

Report: Fished Clear Lake on the 23rd , the big Skunk and pouring rain all day. Started in the narrows on Berryessa on the morning of the 24th, nothing. I did see quite a few fish but nothing. I decided to go north and spent the rest of the day on the east side of the lake. The water temp was up to 57 here and I slowly put together a pattern for the day. Ended up with 10 bass up to 3.5 lbs, most were smallies in the 2-2.5 lb range, and one bass in a clown suit.Nothing on a jig, a baby brush hog carolina rig and a white spinner bait slow rolled worked for me. With the tourn. at Clear lake and Folsom I hardly saw another boat, all in all a good day especially when compared to the day before at Clear Lake.
      City: Sacramento

Tips: Slow roll a spinner bait, and lizard type plastics again slowww.This Lake should break open in the next week or two.

      Water Temp: ~55

Water Clarity: Muddy (0-2 foot visibility)

Report: Fished Coyote o the bank rom about 4:00PM until the Ranger kicked me out at 6:30PM. First time at this lakeso I thought I'd try the upper end around the brush wherethe stream comes in. Tried worms, spinners, shallow cranks, even some chug bugs but no takers. Ended the day catching a dink on a Carolina rigged purple 5" Kalin's. I did see a guy in a boat across the way rom me pull an 8 to 9 lber out o the brush, so they are in there...
      City: Mt. View

Tips: They are stocking the reservoir with rainbows (last one was March 12 I think), so I hear guys are picking up some ish using trout swimbaits. I didn't have any with me or I would've tried one.
