Water Temp: N/A
Water Clarity: Muddy (0-2 foot visibility)
Report: Gave Lexington a try on Saturday rom 11AM-4PM. Water's way high compared to last Feb. It's still very muddy. The visibility was less than 6 inches. All o my hot spots in the past are under the water and can no longer be reached rom the bank. I wish I had a boat. Anyway, I nailed two healthy bass on Rat-L-Trap right away when I started. They went 2.5 and 3 lbs. Then I spent the rest o the day checking other sports and covers. Got another bite on a dropshot-worm but couldn't lip. Pretty good or the irst try. Also, another guy in a boat caught a couple too.

Water Temp: N/A
Water Clarity: Muddy (0-2 foot visibility)
Report: DO NOT FISH AT LEXINGTON NOW!The current lake condition at Lexington is now very bad due to the extremely low water level. Water drops so much that I can see the old bridge. Water is about 5-10% o the ull volume. There is no water at helipad and any o my hot spots. Actually more than three quaters o the lake are now dry. And the water is very muddy. Every creature (turtle, duck, and ish) are now packed in to a small spot at the deepest portion o the lake. The shoreline is very sot and slippy. Your legs can sink easily and deeply in the mud. You can't reach the water unless you are willing to sink hal o your legs in the mud. The closest you can stay without sinking is about 15-20 yard rom the water. I also see a lot o bubbles. I don't know there is enough oxygen or ish or not. Ducks, birds, and turtles are taking this advantage to eed. I am not sure ish will make it at this current water condition.I went there this morning but I couldn't ish. I elt bad to see the current condition. Ater about an hour o trying to access to the water without sinking my leg into the dirt, I gave up.I went to Steven Creek instead. I will come back to Lexington but with the camera to make a map. I hope there will be more water. :-(
City: StanordTips: I you ish rom shore and boat, DO NOT come to ish at lexington now. Float tube might make it but be extremely careul when trying to launch.

Water Temp: N/A
Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)
Report: Fished rom shore on Sunday rom 8AM-2PM. Caught 4 ish. Started at a rocky point on the highway 17 side and ished toward the south end. It's a calm day, 0-2mph wind, clear water, and 60-75deg temperature. Threw carolina rigged worm and array o crankbaits with nothing. Kept moving toward the south end. Met a couple who are very new to ishing. Ater a little talk, I ended up teaching them how to cast, how to reel, and how to create actions or the lure or about 20 mins. OK, back to ishing business. At the point where the creek eeds in, I got a amiliar pressure on my worm. So I set hook. I elt something really big and it was shaking. I tought I got a monster. This ish weights 10+lbs (with the weed). The ish itsel weights 1.5lbs. I caught two more inside the creek. Stayed there until 1:30PM. On the way back I ished halipad and got a small one, less than a pound. I also met a trout isherman who claimed a 2lbs and a 4+lbs bass slamed his trout bait(?). Let about 2PM. Beore I let, I met another guy who just starts ishing. He went there with something I don't think bass will like it. So I gave him one setup o carolina rig and 4" plastic worm. Wish he have some un. What a day o teaching! Glad to see new people coming to ish this lake.

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)
Report: Skotch, I've been ishing this lake or only 5 months (since March 2002). In March, the water level was about 6-10 eet lower than the current level. So ar the water's been rising continously, but at a very slowl rate. Unless the incoming water rate changes, I don't think the lake will get ull.
