Report: Went to arroyo pond today. Caugh total 6. Nothing big at all, most of them are small with biggest like around 2lb. Its funny that I caught a 7-8inch bass with a 7inch lizard. What the HELL!!. Anyways, my report is not that important. Here's something I think its important. Saw a guy with float tube after i took off today, he fish the island pond, I found out that he kept all his bass in his stringer with one close to 5lb. Its not like I totally disagree ppl to keep bass because you have the right to, but please release the big one because it took a long long time for a bass to grow over 5lb.

Tips: catch and release is always the best choice. Think about next generations who would like to fish also.

Report: Went out to the arroyo pond today. Caught total of 5 bass. Biggest one was about 3LB length 17.5inch. One around 2lb length 16inch. The rest were small like a pound. I caught fish today with dropshot robo, and T-rig worms. Fish are closed to the shore. When the sun came out, they stayed tight to the shades. Its still kinda slow comparing this time of last year. But AT LEAST I SEE THE IMPROVEMENt.

Tips: Did anyone fish the Island Pond lately? Any luck? Any information would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

    Water Temp: 56

Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)

Report: Water still a bit cloudy.
Saw a few 8-10 bass on patrol, then a few more guarding nests, somewhat standoffish, I got a few to strike at a black and red flake baby brushhog. Got one biteon a spinner bait that I was working too fast.

Saw a bass that was over 17" long and close to 12-15lbs, massive with a 2lb male? as an escort, followed the spinner I was hoping to land a hawg, biut no luck. I'm thinking the next few weeks water will be warmer, agression will be up big spawn should come in 2 weeks or so, there are lots of bass fry from a early spawn.

Please dont litter out ther, pick up your line and cross cut it, birds dont do well with 15lb mono.
    City: Walnut Creek

Tips: Try to educate those who are keeping hte bass a 12 inch bass is aproximately 2 years old, the future of this fishery is endangered every time more fish are kept. LIM the bridge troll is fishing 5 days a week and taking 5 Plus fish, Collete at the Kiosk told me rangers caught him after he cleaned over 15 bass. Guys he is keeping dinks to 3-5lber fish. I'm thinking boycot the arroyos, we pay $4 to fiush where they dont stock S***, why?

Been goign to the delta, trickier but the fish are quality.

CATCH AND RELEASE! Buy fish at Costco!

Report: Hey guys. How's the fishing back there? Is the water still muddy? Backponds are one of my favorite fishing spot for the tube. This year the water was so muddy and fishing was slow. I am just wondering if anybody have been out there lately? I remember by this time of last year, I was killing them in two of back ponds with drop shot and senko. Any newest report would be greatly appreciated.

Report: I havent fished shadow cliff's .. allthough I drive by it every day.. Yep thunder trout.. this is what Ive heard..from 3 to 8 good luck.. I have a tip..
    City: livermore

Tips: when they throw those thing's in there.. try using a 5 to 7 inch rapala.. those fish are used to feeding on something that size.. anything else won't even get their attention.. try it .. and let me know.. by the way if your trowling..do it a a good rate of speed...your bait should be about anywhere from 18 inches to 24 inches. below the surface..try it.. it work's.. time of day.. rainbow's feed all day the best time is when the sun just hits.. remember rainbow's feed all day long..big rainbow's...7 inch rapalla... Thanks and let me know how it went.. Zack

Tips: Dont fish the back two ponds until the water clears up. Fishing is slow... Water is way up and pouring out of the small island pond.
