Water Temp: 65+
Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)
Report: Had numbers days on the 23rd and the 25th. Fish on Tuesday were very active and caught about 30+ in 6hrs. Everything working for us but had to locate transition areas from shallow to deep. Had about 18#s by 9:30 using frogs, cranks and jigs. 7#er was the best fish that day. Top water fish going all day but could'nt find the normal brusers on them. Thursday about the same except there was more wind.
City: Mountain ViewTips: I hear it is a post spawn bite but there are a ton of fish that don't seem to know this. Work on locating spawning areas then move out and fish the edges. Weeds very important right now.

Report: Beach Cities Bass had its annual tournament launching out of Ladd's Marina. Pre-fishing Friday afternoon, I flipped a couple of dinks and a nice 3-12 with a 4-inch red shad powerworm in Turner Cut. Should have gone home then. Flipped three more Saturday, small keepers. I mean small. Weighed in 2.65. All bites came early. Totally blew it Sunday, but other club members weighed good bags on topwater and flipping brush hogs on Middle River. My girlfriend and I stayed an extra day. Caught several on poppers, flipped three more on red shad power worms and caught some on spinnerbaits (my girlfriend's first and second ever!) All on Middle River.

Then went to disco and on way there almost got ran over by 30 cigar boats(was there a race?)caught 3 on rubberworms.Good luck.

Report: Went out of Ladds cranked the meat wall for only 1 dink. Went to Tiki still no crank fish. Started flipping brush hogs into the weedlines and picked up a couple fish. Went to Mildred and Disco and picked up about 10 more plus alot of missed bites. All fish were small. During the last few minutes before leaving stopped to fish along the main river on the way in and my partner stuck a toad, easy 8-10#, jumped once then rolled and made a run and that was it. Well at least we saw a big fish finally.

Report: Fished this last Sunday. Cranked a couple of small fish near Frank's at cuts into break. Ran to Mildred, nada on spinnerbaits or cranks. Decided to try new water. Ran up to Beaver, and Hog, Caught one pitching a brush hog on cover, noticed that I was getting bit (one solid Tap, then nothing.), so I put on a #39 magic worm T-rigged, and caught 4 more. Stopped at Frank's on the way out, and flipped a 3+ fish on a black/blu jig. 9 fish total, 5 largest only 10 lbs or so. Still struggling, but sure is fun! Rob T

Report: Fished 9 till 5 Sunday. Started in usual spots with low tide. No fish on spinnerbaits in barge cove, but several other boats were already in there. Saw a good fish in marina at the Hook while launching boat. Ran to Franks, 3 boats already on the area I fish, spinnerbaited nearby, lost one. Boats left, went to my standard spot, caught 3 quick fish, 1-2.5 lbs on red bomber. Decided to make Mildred run, no fish on one of my spots, too much company to fish other spot. Decided to explore new water, so ran to north Delta by Beaver, Hog and Molumne river. Caught 5 pitching brush hog (green pumpkin) and # 39 color magic worm. The bite was much more aggressive on the worm than on the hog, oftentimes got one small tap on brush hog and then gone. Fish would pick up worm and swim off with it. Back to Franks while heading in, flipped black/blue jig on outgoing tide along inside of tule walls, Caught one better fish of 3+lbs. All told, 9 fish from 0.5 to 3+ lbs. Still struggling on quality fish, but it was a great day!
