    Water Temp: 59-66

Water Clarity: Muddy (0-2 foot visibility)

Report: It was high tide at 9:30am, it gave us sometime to work the backs of the tules. We spent the morning in Beaver Slough working senkos, jigs, sweet beavers and worms and working on finding the best colors and locations. Blades did work for one 3 pounder and the other 9 came on senkos and jigs. The tide only moved 2 ft so the bite was short and slow. We worked the rocks on points and shallow docks with drive ways.

    Water Temp: ?

Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)

Report: Fished White's Slough from the bank for 3 hours after work, tough to do during low tide given all the weeds on the levee side I was walking and since the frog didn't get any attention. Found one area where the weeds broke up and caught a long (20+ inches) skinny 5 lber on a Senko. Bottom of tail was red. Now for the IRONY, my best fish of 2005 came walking the bank and not from my boat that's been unlaunchable the last 2 weeks due to a broken trailer. Also tried a spinnerbait in the few areas that were open enough.
    City: Elk Grove

Tips: When fishing for largemouth from the bank remember high tide gives you a lot more fishable water and even though the amount of fishable water during low tide is limited and requires stout tackle when its really weedy, there's still good fish to be had.

    Water Temp: 63

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)

Report: Fished from 7-12 in White and Dissapointment. Only caught 4: 20" 3.11; 21" 4.9; 2lb and 1.0. The two 20"+ look like bucks and for that length, thought they would be heavier. Nothing on Senkos.
Fish caught on Zipper, Spinnerbaits (won on SABP contest).
    City: South San Francisco

Tips: All four fish caught tight in tules. Tried dropshoting - zero and only small pecks on senkos.

    Water Temp: Mid 60's

Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)

Report: Fished Beaver, Hog, and Sycamore sloughs. 2 of us caught 7 keeper size and a bunch of small ones. Spent a lot of time dropshotting instead of tossing rat l traps & spinnerbaits. We probably caught over a dozen fish dropshotting in about 4-5 ft of water. The best one was 5.25 lbs (had to pull it out of sunken structure - great test for my 10lb line.). Best 5 around 13-14 lbs.
    City: Dixon

Tips: Used a Yamamoto 4 inch cuttail in red (009). Have to patient when you dropshot. Taught my buddy how to do it and he caught his first dropshot fish. Also, the crawdad colored rat l traps were working today.

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)

Report: I've managed to do surprisingly good in the last 4 or 5 days with the rain we've been getting. Fished last 3 days it rained and caught good solid fish each day, with each day producing bigger fish for me. Fish were holding deeper off of rock walls, 10-15 feet off the bank. Fished high tide at outgoing. Don't be afraid to try new things even if you think it may not work, top water surprised me in the driving rain. Try a few different techniques and apply the results to your situation to put together a pattern.
    City: Stockton

Tips: Caught plenty fish on jigs and crankbaits. Dark Jigs and bright c-baits. Fish a little farther out every now and then and you may find the big bite you're lookin for.

    City: Woodfords

Tips: We hit fish on everything from spinnerbaits to worms, Dark colors. No frog fish but shouldnt be long
