    Water Temp: 57

Water Clarity: Muddy (0-2 foot visibility)

Report: Boat is in the shop so I took the ol' kick boat out to Rock Slough for a few hours of fishing. Didn't get bit till about 11 am. Caought 4 total, 3 keepers. Could not establish any pattern except for fish seemed to be hanging on the outside of weedlines near drops. First fish took a slow rolled white spinnerbait. Second took a jig n pig in the same spot. Last tow took a soft jerk bait fished over the weeds toward deep water. Long pauses between jerks to let the bait drift down. Fish were hiting at the top of the high tide. Made many casts to shore cover but no bites at all there. Good luck.
    City: San Ramon

Tips: Bites were aggressive but fish seemed to want a slow presentation. Took a swim grub trailer off the jig and put a pork chunk. That seemed to make a difference. Visability to about 1 foot only.

    Water Temp: 54

Water Clarity: Muddy (0-2 foot visibility)

Report: Launched out of Big Break and fished about 5 hours. It was windy in the morning but after noon, the wind died down. Tied was incoming. Fished the meatwall, Dutch, Ironhouse, and the break. Managed only three fish, all from flippin' the old reliable black and blue jig. Biggest went to 3 lbs. All fish came off of rock bank no deeper than 7-8'. All three fish hit aggressively. Tried crankin' in the break with no luck.
    City: Oakley

Tips: I kept the jig moving, doing my version of Cooch's claw wave. I call it my "keep the jig moving, and don't let it settle inbetween the rocks" method.

Report: Fished south delta from 10 to 4pm. Cranked a small one in the back of rock slough, then flipped a keeper near Cruiser Haven on a brush hog in shallow water with dead tullies. At 3pm I finally got a good fish (5lber) flipping same brush hog, this time it was in dark green tullies. The fish was very aggressive on attacking my bait. Cranked and bladed as much as flipped with not as much luck. Total
    City: Brentwood

Tips: Don't know, maybe flip jigs and large plastics in healthy tullies near spawning flats.

Finally located 6 keepers, my partner stuck an 8.3oz HOGG, all cranking. started back for weigh-in ran into Monsoon conditions, Holland was an ocean with 3-5ft swells, went through Franks with bigger and rougher water conditions. made it to the river which was not as bad as expected. Well showed up 6 minutes late. Dumped 18lbs of fish including the HOGG. Can't wait to see how many points it cost us, or how much cash we are out of.

Report: fish aba today out of bug break . should have stayed home... windy ..windy..windy ...rained all day . caught one 4lb striper and losta a 2 lb bass at the boat. that was the only two hits we had all day . there were a couple nice limits weighed in . they came from the pge plant area where the water was 71.. the weather was so bad we figured it would be dangerous coming back from there so we played it safe .. i guess fishign wise that was a mistake but if we had to error i'm glad we errored on the side of safety..
