Report: The resources in CA are for everyone to share. If you follow the rules, there are no reasons why you should not be able to keep the fish that you catch. The "slant eye" comment has nothing to do with fishing.
    City: Oakley

Tips: Respect all people on the water and you will get respect.

    Water Temp: 47 - 48 degrees

Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)

Report: Stockton area main channel had started to clear a little. Working points and mouth to sluoghs or coves. Black/Blue jig and small 4 inch plastics has been the ticket for me. I need to learn a good knot though to combine flouracarbon to braid, lost a nice bass about 7 lbs. when the knot came undone. 4" Reaper patterns has been working well using a vertical presentation along pilings.
    City: Stockton

Tips: Learn some good knots. I tried the Albright Knot for the first time for braid/flouracarbon. Gonna try a double Uni knot next. Any one have any suggestions for a good strong knot, please let me know.

Report: Went out of Orwood went left under the tracks fished the corner nothing going. Headed to Disco caught 1 small keeper stripper at the entrance. Fished the docks with no takers. Headed out of Disco fished Indian Slough nothing going there. Went by the gates in Old river graph some fish but couldn't get them to react. Finally got some hits under the Hwy 4 bridge but never got them in the boat.
    City: Acampo

Tips: Best tip I could give is stay home and watch the playoffs. Wait untill the water warms a bit and clears up

Report: Big Dave I will hammer you on the Delta. YOu may not know who I am but I know you sport. Stop throwing senko's and actually use a lure that requires some skill, that may be your go to bait in all but come on. You can fish your little beaver Dam all you want. Everyone knows that Bub would of won the FLW if fish like a true fisherman. hit me up I will smash on the river.

Tips: Fish Senko's like DAve and catch rats all day. Sounds fun. All in fun play dave. Tough bite out there right now. I had 7 bites the other day that went for 17.84 lbs for best five. All on jigs.

Report: Yup! The secret ain't a secret anymore buddy! Pretty soon the place will be cleaned out. All I can say is catch and release please so others can enjoy the honey hole. And to everyone who knows about this place, you are welcome for a two hour demolition which makes it easier to get in. Although I guess it doesn't matter now that the water is 6ft higher than two weeks ago.
    City: Manteca

Tips: You are welcome for the food buddy!

Report: Sorry DeepV I was out of town and yes it is by I-5 and has always been a hot spot reserve for me. Some special frog areas that haven't been over fished. Every time I'm traveling to the Delta and cross those sloughs it gets my blood going and finally fished it several years ago with excellant results. Hope this helps, good luck!!

Report: Fished several locations out of Tower Park. Caught 5 and missed a few. 4 on cranks, 1 on a robo worm. Largest was 3 lbs. All but one around high tide inside the weed line next to rock banks with sparse tules. Watched a 2 lber hiding under a mat that would come out to check (but not strike) various lures I presented, including frogs. Came back later and got him on a robo worm MMIII.

Report: If you're worry about other people stealing your spot then keep your mouth shut and don't say anything. Don't tell others about it then start crying over losing your spot. I fish Frank's Track and Big Break, look for rocky bottom and grassy points, a jig w/beaver for rocky bottom and Lucky Craft rip bait for the grassy points. Good Fishin
