    Water Temp: 65 to73

Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)

Report: Launched out of Rivers End about 6:15 am . Started with top water popper. Caught a couple of Black Bass and then saw up the canal from Me bait being chased on top. Went there and threw my dying shad popper. Big swirl behind it and then it just got crushed. 15 pound striper !!! Caught 5 more that were in the 2 to 5 pound size before it shut off. Threw cranks and Senkos the rest of the day. Ended up catching 22 legal Blacks, and 6 undersized . HOT DAY. Drank about 10 waters and still lost 5 pounds when I got on the scale that night. In the afternoon the drunk, music pounding, shouldn't own a boat crowd came out so I stayed in back waters. Biggest Black Bass was only 3pounds 14 ounces.
    City: Brisbane

Tips: Work top water and swimbaits in the early AM. then throw jigs, Senkos, and Brushogs . Dark green seems to be the color.

Report: Need some help finding 8+ lbs LMB. We been around disappointment slough, white slough, mildred, frank's tract n found 3+ lbs n under. Saw 5+ lbs in white slough where there's little current flow. Lots of fry around grass n wondering should i be flipping into the grass? I heard after they spawn it's take 7-10days b4 they start feeding again. I know each days goes by they oppertunity to catch a LMB of a life time is closing behind me. I'm trying to beat my record of 6.6lbs from April 09. It's tough when u don't know where to find the fat girl. Ur info n thought would be very appreciated. Good info n secrets are hard to come by.

Report: Did some experiment today by using assorted dark-colored worms---they all worked! Nothing big to brag with the biggest about 4.5 lbs. A lot of 1.0-2.0 lbs. Of course, they were all caught by the wall in front of Sugar Barge. I just threw them dark worms (Texas rig) in the tullies and let vibrate. Maaaan! A lot of boat in the area.

    Water Temp: 67-70

Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)

Report: I knew the warm spell was comin to an end so I told the boss I had to go to the dentist, but i meant the delta dentist, yeah! Started the day on the west side of franks with only 2 fish, but the old dudes next to me were killin em with a bobber and live bait. Decided to move after 2hrs and 2 fish for 4#'s. Kept tellin myself gotta find some deeper water. Went to the south side of franks and found some 5ft water with deeper nearby. 2nd cast i pitch into the tullys and drag into deeper water i fell tick tick and the line takes off. I reel down and set hard. 10 seconds later i see a behemoth of fish surface. She looked like she swalloed a football. I'm freakin cuz i only had 12# test on. Close enough stopped reelin but held hella pressure on her as i had to open the storage compartment and fumble around thru stuff till i find the net. Finally get her in the net and i am shaken and freaken out. She weighs in at 11.7. I almost shit my shorts. Put er in the live well to go take a picture at Russos. Wind picks up after lunch so i decide to get out of franks and find some "new water." Found some and i like it, will be back. Ended up getting a 5.1# and a bunch of 2's and 3's there as well. First limit of the year goes 21#'s. This morning I told myself to make the net more accesible, i dunno why but i am glad i did. Launch $10, worm $5, gas $30, catching the LMB of a liftime,,priceless.
    City: fremont

Tips: Patience is a virtue. Dropshot. Deeper water. Keep your net close by, cuz i never did but i learned today. Listen to cooch.

    Water Temp: 59-62

Water Clarity: Muddy (0-2 foot visibility)

Report: Fished topwater in the morning around 7:00 AM and landed a couple on a spook and buzz bait...Best going a 3.5 lb. Tide sucked and slowly changed and didn't get bit again until about noon, middle of the incoming tide. Flipping red flaked senkos and beavers in sparsed tullies...Absolutely hammered them in Franks tract, fish the tullies along Sugar Barge, next to the wall. Slow your roll and fish in the middle of the tullie clumps and you will nail them...a lot of pre-spawn fish moving up...
    City: Bay Area

Tips: slow fall and dead stick...fish are willing to bite....
