Report: Went out at about 5:30pm for my dads birthday. Fished until dark and caught a lot of good ones. We fished near Sugar Barge Marina and caught a few 1 to 2 pounders, then my brother catches three 4lb + in a row. Never seen three 4 pounders on three consecutive casts, it was quite a good day! Though my dad didnt boat any 4lb or bigger, we all caught some and did great for being out for 3 hours.
    City: Pleasant Hill, CA

Tips: Fish near the tules. Senko bite has died down. Also tried top water and no reaction, but dont be discouraged to still throw some.

    Water Temp: 70

Water Clarity: Muddy (0-2 foot visibility)

Report: Was hoping to get out and throw some frogs for the first time this year on the Delta, but the wind was crazy and I didn't feel like burning the gas to find protected areas. Cranked wind-blown rock walls and whacked them on falling tide. No big fish, but had my limit of keepers in the first 35 minutes. Ended up with about 20 fish between 1.5 to 3 lbs before 10 a.m. At slack tide, wind still howled, so I tied on the biggest, loudest double blade buzz bait I had. Quickly got a chunky 5 pounder, then couldn't get anything else to take the buzz bait. Did get just a couple more and lost a couple on Senkos. All & all, a great day.

    Water Temp: 69

Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)

Report: Took the wife out for a few hours this evening till dark. Caught topwater fish, fluke fish and senko fish. Nothing over 3lbs. All in all was a good 3 hours. Topwater bite is on early morning and late evening. Throw spooks, sammys, and of course frogs. On windy days the blade bite has been consistent bluegill pattern baits. Finally was able to get out and fish.

    Water Temp: 70

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)

Report: Started the morning out of Beacon throwing topwater and spinnerbait, stuck a few fish between 3-4 lbs before the sun came out. Once the reaction bite slowed, decided to switch it up to what everyones talking about. Proceeding to catch two 5's and an 8 to fill my limit. Who thought a bed bait could get'em in deeper weedlines. Ended up with around 24.5lbs for best 5.
    City: Brentwood

Tips: Get em on topwater early, start working slower big baits in deeper channels later on.

Report: I also had a very tough day early. I was trying topwater going big (Lunker Punker) with not even a blowup, one on chatter bate, one on sweet beaver, none on senko(wow). I stayed close to Franks all day with a trip into Dutch. I found a bite later in the afternoon, don't know if it would have been there early. Flipping really, really tight to cover. Smallest pockets, smallest bits of shade. I think it would have worked other places as well, but I only get one day ever so often.
    City: SJ

Tips: Flip ever hole possible, heck it save gas because you just don't go anywhere fast. :-)

Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)

Report: Fishing was tough today and windy until noon. Also, fought the ski boats who had no class whats so ever. I threw top water for a hour or so in the morning with no luck. Some fish swirled around it but no bites. About 11am caught my three fish of the day on incoming. All small on wacky rigged worms (black). During the day I tried everything but could'nt find the answer. Talked to other fisherman and they had less luck or no luck at all. Area fished was near Tiki/ Whisky.
    City: San Ramon

Tips: Now that the spawn is pretty much over the fish have moved so change your tactics. Stay on the move until you find the answer.

    Water Temp: Warm

Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)

Report: At bottomed out low tide I launched from Ladd's around 4:30 p.m. It was a nice run to 14 Mile Slough in "BASSBUSTER1". The weekend crasiness was going on at the beach. I worked the two cuts before the "Y" intersection. I worked the creek channels between the tule islands. Even with my boat the back flats were extremely low. Was it a minus tide today? This was the lowest I"ve seen it in years.

I was suprised of the aggessive bottom bites I was getting even with all the boat pressure going by with in 100 yrds of me. I bottom bounced 1/2 ounce Black/Red Jig w/small sweet beaver trailer and weighted senko like bait.
    City: Stockton

Tips: I'd rather fish the week days. :-P
